The rest of the song doesn't fit as much haha, specifically because Dantes is telling Mercedes that the man she knew is dead, while Odysseuses specifically tells his wife her husband is alive and on his way right now actually. Odysseus is disguised as a beggar in this scene, but a lot of people actually think Penelope knew who he was (myself included) which is Fun - Krátké a kreslené filmy

AAAAA a Penelope animation!!!!! I rushed here as fast as I could when I got the notification - the flashback of younger odysseus absolutely breaks my heart… all the things he’s been through to get back to his wife, but at what cost?
This fits so well, and with so little expression, Penelope's face goes through so many emotions: Shock, Overwhelmed, Upset, Hopeful, Concerned, Suspisus, Tired, Anger, betrayed, then finally Sad. For a song about Regrets, I don't read regret at all on Penelope's face, which makes complete sense to the story and you managed to completely change the meaning of the song. WOLFY YOU ARE TOO GOOD AT THIS!

What a big-brained combo, I love it. The expressions and posing are on-point, as always, and that brief flash of young Odysseus as he looks away is 👌👌👌
I also really love the little movements; the way his hand shakes and then clenches. Such beautiful, subtle details that give so much information about the characters and what they're thinking/ feeling.
