It finds the device once I connect to the cams wifi, but in the lookcam app, it says "device offline" and never becomes online.

Avoid all products using this LookCam app. The poorly designed app will only work about 1% of the time with many hours of no product connection "device offline" like seen below in another comment. It's so much frustration for the buyer to buy a camera due the app not working properly. The LookCam apps is total garbage with no online support for products using their video cam control. BUERS BEWARE!

Lost the network that it was registered and reset it nothing can’t connect putting 12345 it’s not blue it turn blue with the numbers 1-8
