What i see in him is he is so direct and honest.

No katter what ppl say about mourinho , i think he is one of the best managers. He and chelsea were a perfect combo. Chelsea is team which js meant to play like a TEAM not individual brilliance and this guy just enhanced that skill. During his time at Real also , Real was a perfect team in attacking.
