1 kg chicken
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 spoon red chilli powder
2 onion
2 tomatoes
15 Garlic cloves
3 piece ginger
2-3 green chilli
fresh coriander
3 tbsp mustard oil
2 red chilli whole
whole spices
1 spoon cumin seeds
1.5 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon cumin powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 spoon kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
.300 gm basmati rice

Nice Receipe..chef request you to make bachelor style chicken curry in home Gas cylinder stove as you work in commercial hotel there advanced gas stove is there and it cook fast, so sometimes we lose judgement at our home gas stove for how much time to cook chicken.
