That's an understandable mistake considering how often people killbind in TF2 for the goofiest reasons. I'm sure you've figured it out, but I'm assuming you must have mostly been playing RPS against your teammates.
Scout probably is a fan of Muhammed Ali cause not only does he quote him in Meet the Scout but when he wins an RPS, he does the Ali shuffle. I also noticed spy and scout are the only classes with a victory sound effect. Like what the apple never falls far from the tree.

You have to buy them, but here's a trick to get them for cheap. 1. Go to backpack.tf and search for the taunt you want and see how much it costs in keys or ref 2. Go buy a key or two in the mann co store in TF2 3. Once it becomes tradable, go to scrap.tf and find key banking, turn your keys into metal 4. Go back to backpack.tf, go to classified listings, search for the taunt you want, find the cheapest seller for it, and send a trade offer, then you enter all your metal and keys, for his taunt, and send the trade. Soon the seller will accept and you will have gotten a discount of potentially 10 dollars!
