Being a big fan of the book, I found the highlights for your visuals very well chosen. Your visuals are very helpful in remembering the habits I want to upgrade after reading the book.
I particularly like how you link the ideas of "Know your response pattern" and "Give yourself a second score".

Do you work through a pre work phase like highlighting or annotating the text you read
and then choose the visuals?
I do! My most recent approach involves taking rough visual notes while I read (like I share here: czcams.com/video/_gaZxW-FKgQ/video.html), then selecting a few ideas to focus on and refining the visuals for a video like this.
