Bit late to the party with this one but just picked up this Speed Champions.. you can get the roof to stay on by just using a flat one and a corner from the extra pieces and put it on the back of the roof block. It fixes really well.
Why doesnt anyone memtion the fact that the fenders are all wrong, theyre not arches nor a widebody. Theyre supposed to be boxy and part of the width of the body itself, not an extrusion
now i can see where you where going but its honestly kinda strang to have a slant to the front and also a bit odd to have a MATTE top to the roof of the car, still pretty nice tho
😝Not just this video either. I ended up getting more DB5's.... then robbing them for pieces as well. I'm sure Q will be very upset when Bond returns the car back to MI6.
@@thegreenbrick i would appreciate it as I tried something with the doors myself but I found that it made the car less stable and the back end kind of broke/ detached from the rest easier. I have also turned the engine into just a normal air intake which works quite well using a similar technique to that on the James Bond speed champions car if you would like to try that
I took apart a lot of the car to make the mods. The critical pieces that make the door hinge open are a 1x1 modified plate with vertical connector (part ID 4085) and a 1x1 modified brick with bar (part ID 2921).
Haha. I generally refer to the names of colors and shapes by the same convention as LEGO does when ordering bricks and pieces. Working on more subs. New to the CZcams thing.

You need to make a Tutorial for that your Modification looks so Amazing!
Thank you. Perhaps I will in the future with future mod videos.
Did I call the gas cap a mirror?! 😳
Idk Haha
Naw. Definitely not 😉
Yes! 😃
Yes, lol, but that's ok. Nice mod, you improved it!
Well done
Nice job 👍
Thank you!
LOVEE THE OPEN DOOR
Bro your amazing
You’re*
the kego sets of speed champions and fast and furious usually have a solid roof so you can take it off easily to put in a minifig
Could you make a video about how to build the curves?

Bond can’t catch a break in this video 💀

@@thegreenbrick Bond literally can’t catch a break anywhere now 😭💀
You really gotta tell me how you made that front 🙏
😎👍
You also gave Dom hair😂😂
That’s my sigfig. 😆
Why does Dom have hair? He has never had hair…
Could you make a tutorial on how to make the doors for the car? Im interested in buying the set and that's a mod I definitely hoped to learn
Sure! It may be a little bit before I do this video, but will plan on it later this month. Thanks for your interest!
The NOS bottle are a little bigger
Can you do a video on how to do the doors please?
Sorry for the late reply. Been busy with life. I’ll consider showing in a future video. Thanks for your interest.

Anyone else here just for the roof?
Honestly your upgrades Are AMAZING
How did you make opening doors?

Do you make this with Brians R34?
Not yet, but considering once I get it built! 😉
Why not u use those turning bricks make alot of help for the doors and are very durable and not delicate.
I really like this, though I don’t like the roof piece you used end of the NoS tank is too big

Finally, someone else who calls it medium stone grey.
I'm tired of hearing light blueish grey.
Also, how do you only have 289 subs?
Haha. I generally refer to the names of colors and shapes by the same convention as LEGO does when ordering bricks and pieces. Working on more subs. New to the CZcams thing.
They should have gaven son a cross
