Considering it took a 27.0L (1,649 cu in.) V12 engine to power a WW2 fighter, the amount of power that we can get out of these relatively tiny engines in comparison is amazing.
Wow what a sweet build, that whipple looks right at home on this engine, and along with that massive intake, awesome
street car.
It will snap a speedo in a New York minute. Any way to reuse the strut tower brace with the Whipple.
Is it possible to install E85 with an additional storage tank and use E85 and 93 octane gasoline automatically by changing the tuning track only? For 2022 Mustang MACH1
Anything is possible if you wanted to try to make a dual tank set up with multiple different pumps and tunes.
What would you expect this to run on a drag pack in the 1/4 on a prepped surface?
I have went 9's in the quarter on less power but it really depends on traction and all that. So many variables.
@@79stroker whipple? 10R80? What power at the wheels? I'm asking as i'll be getting a fuel system and lund e85 tune to make a 800whp on a stage 2 3.75 pulley whipple set up on my 10R80 2020 GT and am hoping it could dip into the 9s.
@CoyoteAUS yes all that or wouldn't comment hahaha. 9's will be easy. Do a steeda stop the hop kit while you are spending some money and then save for axles and a driveshaft. FYI doing headers Lund will comply with EPA standards. Will have engine code but will NOT affect performance.
@@79stroker I'm in Australia. Done full bmr in rear, dss axles and drive shaft, opg and eng and trans coolers plus interchiller. Just want to try get into the 9s at 800whp fingers crossed.
How in the heck can the rear end not break with this kind of horsepower? What kind of horsepower do you make before you have to rebuild the rear end? I'm no mechanic but I assume from what I hear isa Ford 9 inch is the way to go.
It really comes down to what you do with the car. If you just spin you are never going to break the rear. If you launch hard, dead hook, half shafts and IRS upgrades are must as well as driveshaft.
I have the one-piece Ford Racing driveshaft and I'm not racing so I assume I'm good just curious when it's time to rebuild the rear end. Thanks for the explanation.. @@BrenspeedEngineering
I never see a Vmp Odin On The Dyno
Yah we don't get many requests for that up here in Indiana. Mostly Whipple and Roush.
Wow!! Another sweet build. The install looks better than factory, as usual.
I think so too!
