Neha Sharma, I agree with you 100%. I remember their first interview where they both expressed teaching their son how to budget his money. They could very well have opened their checkbooks and credit cards with no limits to his spending, but it was very clear that they wanted him to learn the value of hard work and learning to budget and save. Just because they have money, they don't just splurge and buy for the sake of buying. I truly admire this family upbringing and set of values they are instilling in their sons.

It is incredible to see two incredibly talented individuals, highly skilled in their own areas coming together to create what appears to be the most conducive home environment and bring up such humble, well spoken and intelligent young men...Arin is the complete antithesis of a star kid! The best thing Madhuriji has done was to marry outside of the Bollywood bubble.

Good luck to your son as well. I did my PhD from USC viterbi, it was fun times, it has been 7 yrs. Have heard USC Village has undergone big transformation, it was under construction those days, we used to call it univ of summer construction.

After that I would like to state that both parents have done a great job in raising such a fine gentleman. You should be very proud. I am in USA in the midwest and the kids were born here just like yours. It is excellent to see that he is trying to make his own life and find his identity with exploring on his own and this is the biggest gift, trust me a parent can give their kids to be who they want to be. Listening to Arin reminds me of my son who is actually studying in Cambridge University.doing his Masters..he also relates almost same about his experiences of having to do all by himself.not used to cook by himself etc..

Free school paid rides are amazing! We didn’t have that on my campus way back in the day. Luckily I’m at Microsoft now and we do have our own shuttles which is awesome. Really cool to hear about how Arin is getting by and how things have been different since Covid.
Arin seems to be a very rationale human being. He is patient and calm and understands his journey as a student and individual so well. I wish I had these qualities in my early days of college. God bless him.
Hii sir , this is mallika and its so nice and comforting seeing someone going through the same i am , i came to Mumbai for study and its was so kinda good and bitter to explore every part of Mumbai but taking a note of to be safe and cooking my own food going to college cuz mine apartment is also off campus . Managing the friends hangout and study together and exploring every opportunities that are available to me and having everything that i want to be . But overall these kind of vedio really helping me now days . So thanx for posting it .

I think Arin is raised so well, seems like he has got it covered looking after himself. Driving in LA is so hard specially for us who have lived in Midwest and if he is doing that with ease that's awesome.Hearing him talk about his own passions and following his dreams is beautiful. About food and cooking I had started Hello Fresh for my kiddos to start off with, am sure you are aware of it but it helped them tremendously. Music keeps ones mind truly focused IMO ..can opt for minor. Thanks for sharing

@Sur448 for a beginner kiddo it's a matter of convenience. Amongst other companies Hello Fresh was comparatively cheaper. Once they get the hang of cooking you can discontinue. Between college classes and living on your own getting groceries is hard. Also these companies send you exact amount of stuff and you can opt for number of meals. It is helpful when your child lives out of State .
