As someone who has played a decent bit of svalna priest, the well played emote at 38:46 was because gallon realized he ruined his Rez pool with the 3/1
he had no res pool anyways he fked up by playing both radiant elementals cuz you need to keep 1 in your hand. the combo is ofc 3 radiants on board with the fiend and just pray you have enough time to kill the enemy
thats the whole reason that deck is bad cuz you have to pray for the timer to not run out
@@christiaanvandenboomgaard9610 I agree that him playing out both was questionable, but svalna's spell can give you the resurrect a 3 mana or less minion spell, that's how you can get multiple pop off turns in a game. You basically always pick that ressurect spell when its offered
The fact that he played both radiants before he had the combo TWICE is just ridiculous to me, but i guess he didn't have a way to get damage out of the combo in his deck

@@beardyjesus4591 not gonna lie i experienced this phenomenon after facing res priest. I was perfectly and efficiently clearing their boards and burning their deck with my destrolock but for some reason, i played neeru automatically on top of symphony of sins, thus leaving him with 1 HP reborn guys instead of full clearing with symphony plus defile. I lost on the spot and I felt so dumb

Gallon just by himself made me appreciate Hearthstone more.
I love all videos that features designers (well, I love all your HS videos, but these ones more than others ;) ) as they always have some really interesting insights about development process. I know that they are probably more complicated, as they need Blizzard acceptance, but I wish you did more of these (of course only if you have ideas, don't force it!)
