What VR headset or whatever do you use for this because I’m thinking to buying a VR headset or something I don’t know
If you want the full body tracking, then you need a headset that uses Lighthouse Tracking, with the Valve Index being the best option. Vive has lighthouse headsets too, which a lot of VRC dancers use due to the optional wireless addon, but unless you _very specifically_ want it for that, they're honestly quite a lot worse deals overall. Sadly the Index is a bit late in it's product lifecycle by now, but we've not really had any good PCVR options to replace it thus far, so it's still the best option.
If you're not fussed about full body tracking, then a Quest is your cheapest and overall best value option. Currently Quest 2, but Quest 3 is also releasing soonish. Be aware that the standalone version of VRChat on Quest is different and far far more limited than the full version on PC, but you can link a Quest to your PC to still access the PC version, so long as your PC is powerful enough. It's also possible to buy Lighthouse base stations separately and use those with a Quest, so that's an option for those who don't want to go full ham all at once, but the setup is a bit more hassle than using it with a native Lighthouse headset, and it's not particularly efficient value wise, buying them separately.
