Great question! I believe the Kenwood KDC MP-238 requires the Kenwood HANDS FREE BOX in order to utilize the bluetooth functionality, but you may be able to connect without it. I'm not 100% positive. The instructions to connect are here: www.kenwood.com/jp/bt/information/eng.html#howto
The security unlock codes in this video are not for that model of Kenwood radio. However, you can still try them and they might work for you, but there are no promises.

Ok, yeah I don't know anything about that one sorry. There was a website I found on the internet that had some information and I was going to put it in the description, bit now I can't find it. Maybe you can try using those codes to reset the radio. Like try 0000 to go in and wipe out the code and start over. It sounds like maybe you accidentally set a code so just try one of those to get in, but don't try too many different codes or you will get locked out. I hope you can get it fixed!
