Dr. Osama, i have a question, can we have (and write in the report) at the same time a Disc bulge ( diffuse or asymmetric) and a disc herniation?.. I mean in the same level?... and how can we describe it? thanks so much

Actually I am very happy as you ask this question.
The answer is : Yes.
As in case 4 from my archive and case 9 from litrature (the reference was written under the image); you can confirm by yourself.

Why in meconium ileus in neonate we don't see air fluid level on X-ray?
