High G tuning on a short scale Strat, don't chug the lowest string too much, use higher power chords, sing in falsetto. Basically emulate Judas Priest and then make it super light

I think the alternating between triplets and normal time notes is important in the making of an insanely heavy breakdown. Take Crooked by Dealer, for example, the breakdown towards the end of the song alternates and it makes it so much heavier. As well as tasteful Bleghs and literal Dog Bark noises.

go to your periodic table of elements and find your heaviest metals. Also, check for density = mass / volume. its linearly proportional so a higher density metal will give you a heavier metal.
