Yeah haven't played a western since RDR2 but I'd go for this.
The steam early access release is june 6. It's a great game once you work out the mechanics

The npcs sidebags are bigger than your default one, swap goods over to their bag then equip it after dropping your little bag

Enjoyed that B, has potential. Maybe need to start with a bit of hunting and take out 2 guys just before leaving, build. Needs different servers for pvp, pve & mixed or newbies just gonna be shredded

Dude I definitely am down to see some more of this. I got wrecked trying Grey zone cuz I don't have the best gpu but I like the feel of the mechanics here. It looks tough as hell but is fun to watch.
Looks fun. How does it compare to Gray Zone Warfare? Watching you play this was like my first few days playing Gray Zone. I burned through my entire starting inventory and cash just doing the first mission of each vendor. I’m down to my last $1000, 1 M4, 1 AKM, 1 T-51, 2 body armor kits, 1 Scorpion, 1 bigger backpack, an assortment of ammo, and an assortment of small health items. I’m pretty much scavenging like crazy when I can when I go out. I one thing I’m digging with this game is the difference in your characters, like the guy with 1 eye and a heavy limp. Makes things a bit more interesting.

Firearms smoked back then. Pistol's not bad, it's not made for that range.
Sadly yet another shooter without a 3rd person view settings option...oh well, lets keep searching!

So... it's just Hunt mixed with Tarkov.
Hunt, Tarkovsky and smoke.
2 Hours in, my thoughts:
This isn't even a game.
Go into world. Shoot a few things. Die. Lose it all.
Go into world again. Shoot a few things. Die. Lose it all.
Make no progress.
Nothing.
In fact, losing gear means negative progress.
OK, I get it.
Real world bullets are lethal.
When you get shot, you are likely to die.
This is the MAIN REASON that real world humans don't go around shooting at other armed humans unless they have to. Like in wars, usually.
The rest of the time, humans never shoot at humans, not even in the Old West.
Well, almost never.
Because when they do, they usually die. If not the first time, then the second, or third time.
Video games generally have a more rewarding curve.
In Fallout, you can save progress, bullets don't auto-kill, and you have healing mechanics.
In Call of Duty, you die a lot, but at least you know you respawn with full gear and every kill you mde helps your team win.
State of Decay you don't die much, and lose a "survivor" when they die, but you can get their stuff back, usually, and the rest of your community keeps going, making progress.
Etc.
This game?
Nothing.
Die.
Lose your stuff.
Die again.
Lose your stuff.
Repeat.
I just don't see the point.
Unless the point was to create a life-like sim to convince people that shooting other humans is a bad thing because you die.
I hope we all know that already.
You still earn renown when you die, so there is some progress there. BUT the entire point is to NOT die and extract with your loot and earn xp for your mercenary

Brother you are fighting from the same location too long. Someone just has the time the next time you're going to peek out. It should be no more than three shots and then move to a different location.
Game was better in alpha/beta. They have reworked the game changing to many things from what it was. And the graphics are horrible with no optimization
If it aint third person, it aint worth buying to me.
All games should have the option of changing the view
