    Well done, Matthew, a good explanation. Might be good now to move to a few examples of how to use the pentatonic. Many of us are chordal players, so we need to know what chords are best with the pentatonic scale.

    So I’m trying to figure out how to learn how to solo and I’ve been looking at wayfaring stranger in the key of D minor, and then it goes to Gm. Should I look at the minor scale or would the Pentatonix be sufficient? And what about through the chord changes?
