Should difference in basic needs be linked with the difference in merit or efficiency or qualification ? If , merit or efficiency or qualification are more then nutrition or medical treatment are required more and if merit or efficiency or qualification are less then nutrition and medical treatment are required less-does this kind of law existing in the country is reasonable or scientific? Then why does such law prevail in the country which creates difference in satisfying the fundamental needs in the country capitalizing on merit or efficiency or qualification? Why uniform financial law has not been formulated for all citizens in the country making excuses about merit or efficiency or qualification. The matter of having more or less merit or efficiency or qualification comparative to another should be considered as essential regarding selection of various professions or works existing in the country or to determine status or quality of the position of the citizens in the country in various subjects or fields. The matter of judging qualification should be used as medium to know properly about the quality of duties and responsibilities of the citizens in the state in various professions or works or subjects or fields. Is it possible to arrive at a decision which profession or work is more important or less important than another profession or work?
Whether the work of Cultivator, work of Sweeper, work of Tailor, work of Mason etc. are more important or more essential or the work of Minister, work of Member of the parliament , work of Judge, work of Physician are more important or more necessary? Cultivator makes foods, Sweeper cleans, Tailor makes clothes, Mason constructs. So, without foods, without cleaners, without cloths, without constructions, Minister, Mp, Judge or Physician any particular satate cannot live effectively. People will go to the house of the President and the Minister and they would use the toilet and if , the sweeper or clean workers donot clean the toilet then who will do that work? Look what an ugly condition will be created. Can a President or a Minister make food, clean, sew, construct etc. and many other works besides these including administering the country? Again without administration, law, justice or treatment Cultivator, Sweeper, Tailor or Mason etc and people of many other professions or works cannot live effectively .
