- Wildlife photographer Bertie Gregory encounters one of the most majestic birds of prey - the bald eagle. Bald eagles may be America’s de facto mascot, but they also have a secret talent - snatching fish from the open waters. These skilled hunters have vision about five times sharper than our own and can reach speeds of up to 100 miles per hour when diving for their prey. Join Bertie as he gets up close and personal with these bald eagles as they show off their lightning-fast hunting skills.

@Anthony Garrett Yea, I have been using flixzone} for months myself =)
@Anthony Garrett definitely, been watching on Flixzone} for months myself =)
replayed the shot where Bertie filmed the wrong bird so many times.. I cant XD
I love how this series also shows the "bloopers" behind filming wildlife
The bald eagles in my area will grab onto ospreys with their talons and steal fish from them in midair. The ospreys put up a good fight but they always end up losing since they are significantly smaller. It's pretty fun to watch.
I really enjoy your work, Bertie! The videos of the animals are great, as are your explanations and reactions. Can't wait for the next episode... thank you for sharing your adventures with us!
This is fantastic. Great work. Thanks for sharing this. I see there are a few dislikes. I wish they had to explain what in the heck they dislike. How could anyone dislike this?
Commies
Wow. Those were some fantastic shots. His giggle is adorable.

Awesome shots of the bald eagle!!!! Not going to lie, I didn't know they travelled as far north as Canada at all! Very cool!
i love you loving you job 😂
i wish to have your enthusiasm while studying
for real😂
Bertie your work is one of the coolest thing ever and so are you Merci
I have a pair of bald eagles living in my yard. I've been documenting them just about every day since last fall. The kill-shot is what I have been waiting for. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one messing up flight footage :-)
Have you got $100'000 worth of gear like Bertie?
Unfortunately, no. But odds are National Geographic rents the gear for him.
phim
Brilliant job, Bertie! Well done!
Bertie is so cute
gonna watch the episodessss....😍💕
man i need longer episodes
In "AWE"! Coolest thing ever.
Love these giant birds❤❤
Amazing !
you are living my dream.
Loved the show! Regards from Colombia!
superb
Wish I had a bald eagle in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Spectacular bald eagle photos. Tough to imagine that the Fish and Wildlife Service is recommending that the annul kill from wind farms be increased to over 4000 birds per year, over 10 per day killed by windmills. Fewer birds to photo thereby truly appreciating our national symbol.
Your amazing
beautifully breath taking!
Hey!!!! CONGRATS ON 1 MILLION:)
He has big boi energy
So that's why people say do what you love

No joke I was going up a little bit farther than Bertie was a week before this video was posted and we were almost there and my dad came into the pilot house and says "some idiot is in a 10 foot boat in this type of water. What a dumbass"
Is it legal to feed wildlife in British Columbia?
That is soooo cool I love it :)
3:09 Kill steal
👨💻 PLAYs a B52 BOMBER ENGINE SOUND as mr Eagle flys down to catch a fishy 👍
would be better without that electro in the back
anyone know what camera he's using?
How can they be Master Fishermen. You Mean They Are a Master at Fishing. I bet The Bald Eagle was fishing long before man.
How very pedantic of you.
how strange people are ,to watch an eagle fishing like this ,and the one thing they took from it is something the cameraman said
Boy go back to the bear.....Bearboy
Cool I love bald eagles!

Why is Nat Geo encouraging baiting to get a shot?
Baiting? Our shores are loaded with small fish, in the right spot I see the fish swimming lots of times in the shallows. They will see them even better.
Yes, they used dead fish (fish they likely caught or bought) and baited the eagles to fly by them.
+John E. Marriott They don't put it in the fishermen who go fishing there before them throw bad fish back
There is no possible way that this is not baited ! Just look at the sun level, all the shot were taken the same evening. and in no way Bald eagle would catch that much fish right by the boat..
Alexandre Paiement I have sailed the Salish Sea and have seen Eagles grab fish from the waters, more than once, and have seen the eagles fight over that fish. I don't know if this was baited though.
What camera is that
a camera that you can't buy !
probably , but at least i know what i can't buy
sony fs7
Robert Lindeman thanks bro
Wow $8000 without the lens, lens is $2500 more. Dam, no shipping to Canada.
Wish I could use this video for elementary school children ... but your language at 1:31 causes me to have to pass. : (
it wasn't even a bad word
Can't share with friends and family..why ruin it with the f word
Who cares? Fuck is another word in the dictionary. Sensitive fuck.
What "f" word?
there was no F word? and also even if there was an F word it's still not bad like?? everyone swears nowadays-
When the oil drilling rigs dump there trash in this waterway and coal fired power plant dump fly ash open pit gold mining starts by wildlife, thanks Trump
That literally looks fake
your life is fake
+drumond fanton Why? The footage does look alittle fake.
In what way?
stop being negative. If these videos inspire other people then it doesn't matter...
wr1jongin Who said I'm being negative Jesus Christ
