5 letter Random word generator for this week
Got it in 5. It didn't make me particularly JOLLY until I saw that others had problems with it, too. 🤟Prayers and God bless.
I got it in 6 as well, my month straight was on the line here. NANNY, saw the green at end and thought I could get it in 2 and be easy with BUMPY, took a FERRY to 3, then thought this was getting real SILLY cause it wasn't appearing. DOUGH was the test to make sure of last options. JOLLY for the solve.
LOLLY was another could be option, at least thats what wordle bot said at the end.
Rough was my test but latter I realized it could have been COYLY or molly.
I got it in 6. Wuses, clied, moral, lofty, hedge, jolly. Hedge for holly and dolly, it was a 50/50 between jolly and polly then and had to convince myself that polly is just a name but it's probably not, I used a random generator but only chose 2 of the 3 words (didn't want to use peppy) this was very hard and I would've 100% failed if there wasn't actually a double l in the middle.
A win is a win.

For this month, my friends and I have been trying to not wordle on wordle (get the highest number of guesses playing hard mode and not losing). Today I started with JAZZY and was livid because what are the odds. I ended up stretching it to 5 guesses 😎

Volley is a word, too, but it has six letters with the "ey" ending. It reminds me of volleyball, which I like playing! 😅

I got stuck in the _olly trap and lost today :( had one guess left and only thought of golly and lolly, figured golly was the better guess between the two

After 2 guesses, I thought of 11 possible answers (in the order listed below):
HOLLY, JOLLY, FOLLY, GOLLY, DOLLY, MOLLY,
MOLDY, WOOLY, FOLKY, COLBY, and COYLY
According to WordleBot, I overlooked 7 other words (in alphabetical order):
GODLY, JOWLY, LOBBY, LOLLY, LOOPY, LOWLY, and POLYP
My 3rd and 4th guesses (MOLDY and COUGH) were both suboptimal, but placed one "L" while testing 6 new letters.
I considered a strategic 5th guess, but decided that JOLLY was more likely than FOLKY (as FOLLY has already been used).

DOLLY, FOLLY, JOLLY and LOLLY were the likely ones but COLLY, MOLLY, POLLY and WOLLY are words too. The bot would have done FJELD but FJORD was equally good so you basically did the best possible filler

A close call for me too: AROSE-THING-LUMPY-BUDGE?-FOLLY-JOLLY.
I played LUMPY instead of my usual CLUMP because i wanted more vowels. Seeing the _OLLY trap, I planned to try either FUDGE or JUDGE to judge between DOLLY/FOLLY/GOLLY/JOLLY (knowing that LOLLY was an unlikely bonus word) but I absentmindedly forgot my plan and played BUDGE; it didn't tell F from J. I didn't even see COOLY, an uncommon but acceptable bonus variation of COOLIE. And it wasn't possible for me anyway. I didn't see WOLLY either but it's also unlikely. - Edit: I didn't see COLLY either. I knew MOLLY and POLLY were also bonus words but they were not actually possible for me. GOLLY was also not possible.
