re: the tape - you're supposed to use blue painters tape and just to be sure you press it onto your hand a couple times to remove some of the stickiness before putting it onto the shoe, then it should work perfectly

Try a padded pastie for the bulk of the underside of the shoe or if you want a stronger solution I’ve used an X-Acto knife and cut out slightly smaller than the shape of the bottom of the shoe from a self adhesive tile from Home Depot or the dollar store. The dollar store ones tend to be more flexible and thin which can be good. REMEMBER to still put the masking tape first for either of these hacks for easy clean removal. Hope it helps! 🖤💕

You should look into hiring an audio engineer for your blog shoots, the scene after the photographer said she was 22 was pretty blown out, and I think if you had someone monitoring audio levels during the shoot it would up the production quality 10 fold.
