Rebuild the carbs & change the fuel lines if it has the gray lines. The old fuel lines break down die to ethanol & gum up the carbs. Theres a mesh internal filter in the carb, that's most likely why its starving of fuel (if you have good compression & spark)

pull the plug on it after launching in the lake. seemed to fix all the issues with my ski.
