I've never had maple syrup on a biscuit. Looked good. When I was a kid, we had white commodity corn syrup mixed with commodity peanut butter on white bread. Yum, actually. Not great for kids but we snarfed it up. Your salmon patties looked perfect! I love making rice in my IP too.
