In my honest opinion, I think these should be available to ps server owners, since atomic disassembler is a custom which is able to be played in ps servers. Another reason that they should be available is that the development time between characters is very long usually. So in my honest opinion, I think if the scripters agree to let the public use the customs in their ps servers, people should be able to use the characters in the own private servers.

@@BaaarisaKirisameI just wanna say, if Noelle were to have been put in Soulshatters, she probably would’ve worked like Frisk. Where you’d have to get a bunch of kills to get stronger and unlock new moves and stuff.
I know this is random, but honestly, I can see the UTPR devs adding Kamogawa from “Hajime no Ippo: Rising” (or Takamura from “Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger”) into the game as [either] a Rushdown/Punisher(, Melee/Rushdown, Melee/Punisher, or maybe it would be Tank instead of Punisher) type.

These custom characters are too good, my god, and i didn't knew epic would actually make a video fighting minos, in some game. I am surprised.

Edit: now i noticed when minos reaches half health, the parry indicators go away from his attacks, just like in ULTRAKILL, a small but really good attention into details.

You chara game play needs work, Like I'd reccomend using charged justice more when they are in range, and not spamming Determination 1. Its more useful when you rush, then do determination 1 twice, And only then you dash in for a M1
You should also try rushing in general with all characters more. Not too much, but enough
