I’m working with our local municipal animal shelter to enhance and build their volunteer program. It’s been neglected for a while and we recently started sending emails and even started a monthly newsletter where we show how many volunteer hours were logged last month, feature a volunteer of the month (and an employee of the month since so many of the staff are new). We highlight a cat and dog each month (usually a long term resident), and upcoming volunteer opportunities both in and out of the shelter. It’s been well received and we have more people signing up because they now know HOW to sign up and are reminded with these regular communication tools.
Yes, exactly!
You are definitely a natural as a teacher, sharer and educator. And if it wasnt natural, congratulations on achieving the attainment of the skill. Well done.

hi good day i just want to ask if you engage microfinance (NGO) and has 5 corporates or benefactor for starting fund. if there were income generated along the way, how this five corporates share their possible income.
Hey there, I'm not sure what you mean. There are some great microfinance resources out there, like Kiva!
@@AmberMelanieSmith hello, what I mean is, if a microfinance (Inc.) was registered under NPO, is there a way for this investor to make profit for their investment? or any form of compensation for their investment?
@@johneric869 Typically no, but there is a growing movement towards "impact investing" that may challenge this sort of structure in the future.
