If at 9 weeks it would be safe to abort them, Even though I would normally not chose abortion for any means of ending an unwanted pregnancy, but I'd spend an enormous amount of thought on allowing the pregnancy to continue, perhaps a quality of life issue would be the issue for me. Such a terrible thing to think about, aborting as a choice because of this severe defect.
Although I am against Abortion, if I were faced with this same scenario, I would choose it for one reason. Those babies probably won't live very long after birth. They would suffer until they died. I could never allow that.
They would most likely be terminated or eventually miscarried. They aren't viable and carrying them to term would result in major health risk for both the mother and the foetuses. The foetuses also wouldn't have a very long life after birth.
I will never understand the pro-life view. Letting this baby be born is selfish in my oppinion. Dooming babies who are severely deformed or ill to a (probably short) life of pain and distress. Why is it death is the worst that can happen? In death you won't feel pain or distress. Peace is better than a living hell to me. But each their own oppinion.
You don't understand the pro life view? It's not a very hard concept. Pro life people like myself are simply against the killing of babies (unless the mother's life is in danger, or if the pregnancy is not viable). I admit, cases such as these are tricky and I wouldn't be surprised if this pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, but make no mistake, most people who have abortions are not in any particular danger, and most are healthy viable pregnancies. The majority Pro abortion people are selfish, it's as simple as that
@@silversnow3186 That's true, but the fact is that's a marginal case. Most women/girls who have abortions were not raped. One can't argue for abortion for all based on marginal cases.
@@silversnow3186 I understand what you're saying. Cases such as ectopic pregnancies, pregnancies that are proven not to be viable (and in which death is certain for the baby or the mother) should be allowed to be terminated (which in most places they already are). However the abortion debate is whether or not the mother has a right to choose in general, regardless if the pregnancy is viable. Most abortions are performed on viable pregnancies. Selfishness is not a reason to end a human life. It seems we agree for the most part
Absolutely! Such a miracle. Be sure and remind the parents of that as they grieve their babies who died because there was only 1 heart to fuel 2 bodies. I'm sure they'll appreciate your hashtag and ignorant sentiments.
Did anyone else find the music inappropriate?
😬
I did as well.
Terminate because with only 1 heart beat there is a low chance of separation or survival. Better to terminate before attachments occur
Music in serious scientific scan is inappropriate

Safe to abort?? Safe for who?
@@melissas717 the babies. there’s no quality of life, they have one heart.
@@k888y No, that would be killing them. Ending their life. So, not safe for either involved.
With one heart, separation is off the table.
Why Dont they get an abortion? Some conjoined twins cant do anything in life

So… you’re not against abortion then? There are tons of scenarios similar to this one where abortion is an absolute mercy.
This is sad stuff I feel sad for the people that have to go throw being twins like that for the rest of there lives.I hope that they have a good life
Whatever happened to this pregnancy?
