You r absolutely right I was suffering from gestational diabetes I was unaware of my condition in my first pregnancy and missed abortion happened two times but with positive thinking and changing my lifestyle I am a mother to a very intelligent child. I trust shiv guru a lot.

Yes absolutely correct stress is bigger problem for conceiving.i have also gone through infertility 6 year because of pcod I have done so many treatment nothing worked after dat I have changed my lifestyle like yoga, healthy diet,7 km walk daily.it was very difficult phase of my life but now I blessed with 9 month baby girl ❤️❤️we should never loose hope.

I have gone through infertility journey because of my endometriosis. It was the most hardest part of my life..I got IVF but firstly it's failed. Then doctor advice that you try normal process for 6 months. Then you not get pregnant,2 nd stage of IVF started...But thankful my Almighty Allah I got pregnant normally after failure of 1 St IVF. Now I'm enjoying my motherhood for my little Princess 😘😘😘..

I don't have a fertility issue. I am not able to conceive because of stress. I am multiple health issues like IBS, Chronic pain in the whole body, hormonal imbalance, weight gain, and the latest cyst in my lumber(non-tumour). Last 5 years I am struggling with all these issues. I tried everything, spend a lot of money But nothing in return.

I, myself is a fitness enthusiast, dietician so I understand that what it all needs to keep active and healthy.
Most important thing which you shared is happy and calm state of mind which is above all other things.
I can say this because I am also a meditation coach where we practice through breath and through breath how to control mind and emotions.
Whosoever, including me should practice physical exercise for body and breathing excercise for mind. It will definitely help a person to overcome any situation not only infertility.

I also would like to share my story in precise, this would give some motivation to the women who had gone through difficulty in concieving.
I have had 2 miscarriages in my 3 yrs of marriage. The first one was a missed miscarriage in which the fetus is absent but uterus keeps growing thinking there is still baby inside. So i had to take abortion pills to terminate the pregnancy. This usually happens due to chromosomal abnormality in the fetus which is unhealthy so the body terminates the pregnancy after proof reading of the DNA. (This is good as it stops us from having a defective baby)
Second miscarriage happened within few weeks of conception. As i got my periods on time.
I went to gynac and explained her the history and she gave me multiple blood tests and scan to check if there was anything wrong with my chromosomes, uterus, vitamins, auto immune disorder and so much more can be known from these test.
Fortunately all the test result came normal, my gynac said sometimes being stressed or physically weak can also cause miscarriage or delay in healthy conception. U need to stay calm and happy. As there was no issues in my health i left feeling satisfied.
Later i went to a Naturopathy, Ayurved and Yoga centre. I enrolled for 10 days, and followed everything needed to be. After returning back in few months i concieved and today im in my 35th week of pregnancy. Waiting for my little baby to meet.🥰
All i want to say is our stress levels or toxin levels in the body can also cause infertility or issues, despite of having normal health reports there could be underlying mental or spiritual conditions just like Debina told. There could be blockage in our chakras. We need to be healthy not only physically but mentally and spiritually..
Do not lose hopes or feel bad for unsuccesful pregnancy. There is a right time for everything to happen. 😊 do not let mental and phgsical toxicity afect ur life.
And yes stay away from negative toxic people.

Hi I m also facing this issue. Can u tell me what is reason behind it. My docter just say premeture ovarian failure . And then they do not give any medicine. Just say go for IVF with donor egg. I really do not want this

Debina it tooks a lot of courage to admit that we done everything. I m going through the same and doing everything. Pandit ji also told me to wait till june and after that my favourable time will start. And people don't understand that we are going through a lot and trying hard. I loved the video. However, to all the expectant mothers, please do not try alternative treatment like accupuncture when you are pregnant. Positive mindset is 100% important, but please do not go for that.
Positive mindset, clean living, excercise are all good. But please do not give the numbers n names of alternative treatments. Many people/would be moms can have negative impact following those as there is no regularizaton of alternative practitioners.
