I like locking it first so it doesn’t get too tight and cause bald headedness
So is there a reason that you’re not interlocking in a circle? 4 point method?

That was just water as it is easier to twist on wet hair
Is there a particular reason for palm rolling before going in with the tool? Is it necessary or just personal preference? Thank you 😊
I'd say my personal preference, ive never done it any other way, i find palm rolling allows you to pick up all the small stray hairs and ensure they stay within the loc, its okay if its not tight or if it unravels a bit afterwards, its just that initial twist you are doing helps for a neater finish

Quick question, in that video you go left to right, top to bottom, right to left, then top to bottom. Is there a reason why you don't go right to left in this video?
