Robert Pattinson, Guy Pearce and director David Michôd talk about their upcoming film, THE ROVER. Limited release: June 13 in NY & LA Wide release: June 20th
Although i really respect the work of Pattinson in the Rover, i think he isn't really happy with the fact he is kind of a male prostitute in the society , i mean he earned money by being a male model for lots women watching Twilight around the globe. It's the same as if a woman would go to a military base and dance for hundreds of male soldiers there, what would people think of that woman? I understand why he plays in movies like The Rover, he wants to prove that he is a real drama actor.
Robert just looks so uncomfortable ALL the time... I think ' he thinks' you can make films and not have to do this conferences..When without any publicity,he would just fade into obscurity...He definitely should be more appreciative.
You can't know what he really thinks about it. Only if you ask him at the next press conference. I think he listens very carefully. And always treats journalists with great respect.
