    I was on the elliptical doing HIIT yesterday and I kept repeating power from hip to foot. So it’s cool to see this the next day!

      @@docjenfit it’s funny how you upload and I’m instantly starting to do the exercises. I lift weights and these videos help me use muscles I never knew were there. I’m your biggest fan.

    I bought your plan "at home mobility" a couple years ago and should be a forever plan on fit but I can't have access it anymore and have no place to complain. I am here to ask your help with this issue

    I only get this kneecap pain when I do lunges (weighted or just bodyweight), and usually only the rear knee has the pain as it bends down towards the ground. I was building up dumbbell weight for months before this started happening. What should I do in this case?

    Is cycling good for patella formal syndrome pain?

      It can depend! If cycling is something that doesn't irritate the symptoms, it can be a great option to be able to get your knee comfortably moving through range of motion under a little load!
