That is one of my favorite sunscreens. The subtle glowy tint was perfect for my fair skin. And the fragrance didn't irritate my somewhat sensitive skin. Love it 🖤
Those mini/travel size sets are such a great way to try products! I got the History of Whoo set and was so glad I did, and the O Huione looks like an amazing value too. I always love your stories; your "top French student" story had me laughing out loud!
Right, I didn’t calculate the value but I am sure it is VERY worth it lol. Those minis sets are the way to go! Glad it made you laugh 😁 It’s one of those stories where I can laugh now, but I’m pretty sure that at the time, I was as red as a tomato bahahaha 🤣😂
I have been enjoying a routine based on exosomes and fermented black yeasts. It’s from the brand (also LG) callled Sooreyhan. I love. Love. Love it. And the emulsion step has been the sleeper hit I wasn’t expecting 😂
I was actually really looking forward to this! For Christmas I got my mom One of the sets you recommended on your last mature skin video, and she loved it so much. But she can’t afford the products individually, think I might get her some of these. ❤
Your skin is glowing ❤ I wanted to try Ohui since years and i found only one review about it from a girl called maura tv and she kinda reminds me of you with pink hair 🥰 i heard that some realy rich korean people and only use Ohui so i think the price for this set is amaizinggg especially for a brand like Ohui! I'm also a believer that peony is a "secret" good ingredient because you'll always find it in some realy high end skincare products (sulwhasoo, la prairie...) also there's more than 40 types of peony cultivares and Ohui use a special type From what i heard! I can't wait to hear your review about if it's realy worth the hype and the price! we have the same skin type and i only trust your opinion 🥰
I've bought Yehwadam box set for my mom because I used to go The Face Shop after work. Sulwahsoo I kind of consider it still as Anti-aging, I gave my mom the serum because it made my skin sensitive. My mom goes thru the box sets quicker than individual products I get her. As for translation apps I use papago written and google translate for image translation. I took french in middle school and I used listen to french cassette tapes while I slept but in high school I excelled in Spanish lol.
Thank you for sharing this; I had never heard of Papago. It looks quite useful! I feel Spanish is a wise choice in the US (definitely opens up more job opportunities)
I have been waiting for you to review some of those lines from the moment you discovered the Chogonjin products from Missha. A while back I had quite the obsession with (red) ginseng and I red and watched everything I could find about the topic. Because of your recommendation I discovered the chanel of Odil Monod, The Monodist and this lady has a lot to say about ginseng, hangbang cosmetics and the newest trends in the SK cosmetic industry. Unfortunately she hasn't posted anything for more than a year. Nevertheless I knew that sooner or later you will try some of those lines and give your impression. The brand Iope with the Super Vital line (incorporates flavonoids) and Stem III line (using liposom encapsulated amino acids). The oldest SK brand Isa Knox with their flagship Te'rvina line using placenta. Or their Age Focus line using liposom encapsulated retinol. And then there is yet another hangbang brand called Sooryehan. You might be interested in their Black Line using exosomes from black yeast found on orchids. I know, the more one researches the more one realises that South Korea is light years ahead of western skin cosmetics research.
I love their high end hanbang lines. They have alot os brands the competition is huge, i believe thats why they wont have them cost too much. They rather sell more. Those small set are samples. People end up selling them but in korea you get them as gift when you make a expensive purchase.. thats why its only 30$ online.
K beauty companies do not mark up their products the same way we do in the west. They do not have the same stockholder demands as we do in the west. They are not as greedy and aged bias as we are...much more respect of and toward older adults. And they have a pride in workmanship we have lost in some cases in the west.... IMHO.. I have lived in both Japan and Korea for extensive lengths of time...
I am taking notes. I am still using some products from the sample sets I bought last time. A little goes a long way. I loved your translation stories ❤ Thank you. I might pick up at least the sunscreen in the fall. The lipstick case reminds me of all the hidden containers and compacts that prevailed in the ‘20’s
Interesting video....That O Hui Foundation Stick looks so good. I am fair like you so that lighter shade might work, as long as it isn't too white and has some warmth in it. But Dang!!...I hate paying shipping, It's my personal peeve...
I know how you feel! You could add it to your YesStyle cart, wait until you have a few more items to add, and then order when they do one of their 15% off no minimum coupons. (Which is EXACTLY what I do lol!!)
Talk about dedication!!! An hour to write a review and figure out an app.!! Thank you for all your hard work! I have a hard time with fragrance in my skin care. I like fragrance in body care, I'm a big fan of Hempz body lotion, my favorite scent is the Koa and sweet almond. Many blessings!!!💖💖💖

Hi Alice - oh wow! 😀This is definitely for me, all of the skincare shown, not only do I love the consistency of all of these products the packaging is gorgeous! I will admit - packaging will influence me to purchase sometimes - especially lip products. So, of course - I had to google all of these products - found a few different online options that are shipping in Canada (otherwise duty is just outrageous) - but, I have this video saved so I can keep going back to reference the products. I have not heard of Yehwadam and O Hui - but I have heard of The History of Whoo - this is quite exciting for me, I only wear mascara and lip products and I am of a mature age and I have always enjoyed using thick, rich creams. Thank you for sharing this with us - enjoy the rest of your night! 🌸💮🌸
Oh I’m absolutely right there with you. The packaging can get me to order, with a caveat: if the product isn’t good (or if the packaging actually feels underwhelming in person)…then I might get grumpy LOL. Thankfully, all of these delivered on exactly what I was hoping for: beautiful AND excellent quality 😁 Glad you enjoyed the video 🥰
These are for evening steps? I can't imagine going out in public that shiny. I live in Arizona, mature dry skin and the first set looks very moisturizing. 🌵
Ta muchly, as a 62 yr old follower who only started with skincare since visiting Korea in November, I love when you review mature skin products. If the Mary and May eye cream scent was the line my nose couldn't cross... do you think these scents may be too strong? I'd love to try!
Mmm. I have to tell you that they might be. The sunscreen was the least scented product in this video to my nose, so maybe you could test that one out before committing to other products?
This was a great review!!! I want it all but it will have to wait. You seriously glowed ⭐️ Are there any plans for doing a similar nighttime routine? Love your stories and reviews for us dry-skin gals❤
I actually took the time to learn how to read Hangul and honestly it has come in clutch multiple times and it only took me like….3 hours? Which sounds like a lot but it was so quick. It also really helps with pronouncing brand names or reading round labs packaging as well as spotting “cool tone” when there’s no English for the makeup lol
I have to admit I’m considering it! That’s actually great to hear you picked it up in 3 hours. Had you already learned a few languages before that? (I feel that seems to help a LOT - the second language is the hardest lol)
@AliceintheRabbitHole the Hangul alphabet was built to be intuitive, it's notorious for being easy to learn. I do have experience in learning foreign languages but I'm not fluent in any of them so im still monolingual. You should definitely give it a try! I recommend Billy Go's Hangul videos because he goes in depth with each sound and ita very helpful
Hi Alice, I was very excited by the announcement you made about this video and I love the textures of the products because they must be very nutritious and the packaging is wonderful to admire, what intrigues me most is being able to see the long term results of the products, I think that is more complicated to do unless you agree to have an autopsy done.... Hahahaha or you occupy them long term. I have the Ginseng serum from Yehwadam and it is dense like the texture you showed, it leaves the skin luminous and it also has Velvet extract like the Chogongjin line (I also have the essence of that line) and they are a pleasure to apply to the skin dryer, but I prefer the Chogongjin line, it leaves my skin more luminous, the hydration lasts longer and makes my skin more plump. That's when you realize that the popular K-beauty brands that we generally know are oriented for a younger population, I must tell you that it made me laugh when you talked about your pronunciation of French 🤣🤣🤣. A big hug and I hope you are well Alice 🥰 PS: when I do the translation from Spanish to English, Google translator puts the punctuation where it wants 🙄
Thank you so much for sharing that comparison! That is very much what I was wondering myself (with being newer to yehwadam): can it beat out Chogongjin? And it’s so true: you can very much feel the difference between these brands and the younger-targeted brands. My skin absolutely adores all the extra moisture!
I have been waiting for a video like this! I watch all your videos but love these ones 🙌 I started exploring higher end brands a year ago and haven’t looked back, the products are such an experience to use! The Ohui box looks like it might originally be intended as a GWP, which would explain the price. This is actually why I can’t get away from these brands, they tempt me with free stuff and then I have no choice but to buy more if I love it 😂 If you like the Ohui first geniture line you might also like the Isa Knox Tervina line, I believe it’s got the same stem cell ingredient. (both brands are owned by LG - actually all the brands in your video are owned by LG 😂). I know the two creams are very similar in texture, except the Tervina line is rose scented and a little more affordable. (Ohui is luxury, Isa Knox is “just” high-end) If you like ferment I’d highly recommend the brand Su:m37 (also an LG brand). I started using their iconic secret essence last summer and it’s still a daily staple ever since… turns out it’s iconic for a reason! Oh and Ohui should sound a bit more like “o-whoee” with the last syllable pronounced quickly. Hope it helps!!
Thank you so much for the recs!! I’ve been eyeing Isa Knox indeed (how did you know lol), but wasn’t sure where to start! This is helpful ☺️ I agree that it does seem like a GWP! I don’t mind that’s what YesStyle sells as it seems to be “worth” a lot more than the purchase price. But I do wish they had some more full sizes than they do!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole great minds think alike 😌 I’m glad I could help! It’s really too bad that these brands are not so easy to find outside of Korea. It seems like many people who like these brands turn to shopping services to have more choice and take advantage of all the sales/GWP that come with buying directly with Korean online retailers… but I know that’s not easy to navigate if you’re not familiar with everything.
Thanks again for such an amazing and interesting video. I’m always happy to get all your info! What do you recommend more: Ohui or History of Whoo (for mature skin)? Thanks Alice ❤
Tbh both are deeply nourishing and target dry/mature skin. But they have very different approaches (plant stem cells vs hanbang herbs) I would say you might want to pick up minis from each and see what your skin responds better to? Especially before committing to any full sizes. That’s what I would do (and…did do LOL! 😂)
Thank you Alice for making this mature skin care video , I honestly do take away a lot of stuff from your video You give me the courage of buying the Missha Chogongjin cream and the essence and my skin has been a game changer thank you 🙏 for your supportive video thank you 🙏 Alice thank you Of course I will continue using your discount code from yes style and style venna
I finally had the chance to look at this video (been a busy few weeks) but glad to see your impression on these products. I agree with you on the scents of O Hui vs. Whoo skincare. I don't mind scent per se, but the actual scent does matter (and I've never understood why the AmorePacific eye serum is so heavily scented), and O Hui scents are much preferred by me across their lines. As far as luxury pricing, I also agree Korean prices are lower but I have seen singular products exceeding $1k and wonder about the efficacy of lower cost alternatives to some of the luxury Korean brands. I don't feel cost equals performance. In the US I rarely feel an expensive retinol product will beat out a cheap retinal or prescription treat. At the same time I don't have enough knowledge to determine what qualities actually benefit skin when it comes to traditional ingredients and finding reviews in English focused on long term results you can rely on is a challenge.
Oh my goodness you guys ❤ My Byoma Barrier Repair + Treatment arrived today and it's AMAZING 👏 I ordered a back up lol It has such a lovely silky texture and dries leaving that protective layer feeling but not in a heavy way. Thank you Alice 😊
Enjoyed this video very much ! I tried O’hui maybe ten years ago . At that time I felt it’s not as impressive as Whoo . After this video I might give it another try .
Your skin looked perfect even before you started applying the products, so I am not sure what the change was 😂. Odile on the Monodist discussed Ohui a year or more ago. Did not pay much attention since they were so expensive ! Sooreyan has used black orchid extract in their exosome technology. I got the serum recently. It feels good on the skin, but I need time to see results. SK- II has started working its magic at week 3 - I am thrilled.
@AliceintheRabbitHole I decided to whittle down my products to what works for me. So, the overall cost is still within my budget. Heard the larger bottle of SK-II is available at Costco too. Must look it up. Last year was all about giving in to temptation when a new product was reviewed.
@sererev Sorry about that. It is expensive and I held out for so long. I loved the Sulwhasoo first activating essence but that was almost double the cost of the sooreyan
Hi Alice, Very Good Video; thank you for the introduction to the products. Your Skin Looks Great!!!, I like the textures of the products also; We ALL get OLD, you just wait, cute story about the French Class made me laugh
I’m on tretinoin and no matter how well I exfoliate and moisturize, EVERY SINGLE foundation I try breaks up and gets patchy around my mouth and chin. Going to try this one!
It’s so frustrating!! I can say the hourglass skin tint has never betrayed me but…that one is quite expensive. I finally find another that works and it has two shades. The struggle is real 😭
I’m so glad you mentioned it being the tret because it never occurred to me that might be causing it. In another video you said that your skin was shiny from tret and it was a lightbulb moment. I always thought my skin was oily because it’s shiny…when you said that it finally clicked that I’m not oily…just shiny! 😅
Yup. Thanks Alice for trying out the Yehwadam products since I have put in my cart already... 😅 The Yehwadam sunscreen is so nice on your face... I will add it in my cart... Btw, the Yehwadam is actually the Face Shop which is my makeup store in my location... Love the line... 😊 The History of Whoo lipstick is so nice, sheen is good enough for me since I prefer some shine without being mirror like glow...
I'm amazed at your success with your research coz I tried and between your channel plus another channel you recommended, that's as far as I got 😂. Luckily I have The Face Shop near me so at least I now have a name I can ask about. 😊
I have never bought high end Korean beauty, but have bought a lot of Japanese high end and luxury like Haku, Sekkisei and the high end lines from Shiseido and Kanebo. I never found a big difference between high end and drugstore in J-Beauty, unlike western beauty where usually the high end is much better. Interesting to see the K-Beauty side, especially as the top sellers of Korean skincare seem to be all affordable stuff even on korean sites like Olive Young. Makes me wonder if Koreans are into high end stuff like western products, as KB seems dominated by affordable brands
Oh wow. That’s so true. It really does seem the affordable brands dominate in Korea, but a lot of Sephora brands here? (The kids want Drunk Elephant, after all lol…)
Quite a nice video, but as a long time korean skin care lover I must to say that you're applying corean cosmetics especially those luxury ones in a wrong way. All corean creams, serums, ampoules and even toners are very intense and have quite a riche texture as you can see in case of O Hui The First Geniture. So first thing you need to do then applying is slightly warm up the product between your fingers(cream, ampoules and any thick textures) or in your hands(toner, emulsion), when enjoy the scent and the last step is wraping your face with the palms of your hand and gently press the product in the skin instead of gliding on skin texture, like you do. Take a time helping with warmth of your hand helping active ingredients penetrate deeper into your skin. Just try it and you see a huge difference on how your skin looks like.
I’m A Little Jealous. That Lipstick Looks Amazing On You, Plus It Matches Your Shirt. My Dry Ahh Lips Always Makes The Lipstick Crack. So I Have To Apply Vaseline or Aquaphor Before The Lipstick But It Helps Me A Lot. Smh 🤦🏾♀️😂
Thank you! I saw a tip from a subscriber that they use a hydrating serum on their lips (I think it was TO hyaluronic serum actually) then they apply Vaseline on top of that. As a nighttime lip routine. I can see that helping a lot with dryness!
it pronounced yay-hwa-dam =) very interested in ginseng overall as i bought essence water by Beauty of Joseon and damn, its wonderful! its pretty brightening which i so did not expect
That mini set looks like a steal and the French award story was hysterical 😂 Also, unrelated, but I was wondering if you'd planned on reviewing the newest Medicube device?
Yeh-hwa-dahm. O-hwe. Korean pronunciations are not as nasalized as American vowels. More glottalized. Ohui is incidentally one of my favorites in anti-aging skincare!😊
Based on my extensive knowledge of Kdramas and non existent knowledge of real Korean, I do think luxury in Korea is lower in price compared to Western, but again the average income is different.
Yeah that’s a problem too. 5 variations on fair beige isn’t really that great 👀 I’m starting to see a few brands expand though, and hopefully many more in the future!
Alice, your skin looks absolutely stunning tonight! (However, you are always glowing) I would like to thank you for pronouncing “peony”, like a true southerner! lol 😊
Omg this is killing me how many times have i stared at those and thought NO not until Alice reviews them ! I took Spainish and French and i know a bit of Italian. Its a hoot when i get all 3 going at the same time! If i hear the accent i can do it. If i am in country i can do it. But Quantos Dios got us tossed out of an italian bakery. How many gods do you have 😂
Oh noooo haha!! That’s too funny! Yeah I’m suspecting that exposure helps a LOT with accents. I never tried to obtain a southern accent, for example, but here we are 🤣
I chose French as well😅 failed miserably....ok now I NEED ALL these products. Right up my alley, I'm such a sucker for the luxury Kbeauty brands. I want to try them ALL😅
@@AliceintheRabbitHole I'm at that age where I need all the help I can get😅 they are on my list!! Especially that serum!! Ohh who am I kidding, especially EVERYTHING😆
Yehwadam is under LG Beauty like Sooryehan I found a lot of good info in English on the LG beauty website. I know that doesn't help you now but maybe if you're still looking for some info you might be able to find more there. I'm going to check when I have a minute. Your dedication to finding info is impressive!!
Take their estimate and add a couple days (this is a recent change as it used to be spot on). So if it says “ships in 7-14 days”, it will most likely ship by 17 days Express shipping is VERY fast, standard is about 2 weeks for me
Does anyone know if the sunscreen and also the foundation will make dry textured skin with visible pores look worse or better does anyone have textured skin that has tried this because my skin is very dry but extremely acne-prone and just a lot of texture and visible pores some permanent acne pitted scarring not real bad... but most foundations accentuate my texture. I would love to try all the skin care and makeup but I'm terrified of getting breakouts... I know most people say they did not get breakouts so I hope that's the case especially going to order the eye cream
Have u gotten the new Peach and Lilly products 2 moisturizers and 2 serums 1 oat barrier type and 1 with gensing . I have never heard of these brands I don't think anyways. Looks kinda interesting.
Alice have you ever tried the I'm From Ginseng Serum? It says it has 8% of 6 year old Korean Red Ginseng and it looks really nice but I'm not sure if it's worth it? They also have a Ginseng Eye Cream that looks lovely. I'd really appreciate your advice! Great video ❤
I have tried the eye cream! I can’t comment on longterm thoughts sadly, but I did like the thick and moisturizing texture. I should stick with it more so I can give more thoughts, glad you asked about it ☺️
Yes the richness of the eye cream does look amazing.. Think I'll go ahead and give the serum and eye cream a try as they both have great reviews. Thanks for the reply x@@AliceintheRabbitHole
Hello Alice I have recommendations video that hope you can look into it if not that’s okay Korean national eye cream brand ( AHC ) topic Or Hidden gem k beauty products video that you think it’s a wonderful product
Oh my gosh Alice, you make me laugh so much. None of the products (except for the two shade foundation, which probably would not have my shade because I’m a medium neutral skin ) were interesting to me, and yet I watched all the way to the end because of that story. I absolutely had the whole picture in my head. French is one of those languages where I believe your mouth has to form as a child in order to correctly pronounce. As someone born in Germany, I took German, but I realized that I am also not a superstar when it comes to pronunciation, have you ever seen the length of certain German words? 🥹
Oh wait you were born in Germany!? My bestie is also from Germany! I can speak a little German (and actually was exposed to that as a kid). And yup, I love those long words haha. It makes perfect sense to string together a series of words that makes up a concept!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole I was born in Berlin to a German mother and Mexican father. I'm trying to regain my dual German citizenship right now in fact (that's been a hot mess of a situation). I used to be conversationally able to speak German, but without practice for the past 40+ years, I've lost it. I can speak enough to stumble through the country--which is quite beautiful. But those WORDS!!! And they laugh at my pronunciation.
At this moment, I’m delighted that Arizona does not have daylight savings time. Get to watch you an hour earlier. YIPPEE!!❤
I am so jealous of your undisturbed sleep cycle! 😆

This was a great review!!! I want it all but it will have to wait. You seriously glowed ⭐️ Are there any plans for doing a similar nighttime routine? Love your stories and reviews for us dry-skin gals❤
I certainly can do that in the future ☺️
I love your videos! I always learn something new ❤
Glad to hear 😁
This is actually why I can’t get away from these brands, they tempt me with free stuff and then I have no choice but to buy more if I love it 😂
If you like the Ohui first geniture line you might also like the Isa Knox Tervina line, I believe it’s got the same stem cell ingredient. (both brands are owned by LG - actually all the brands in your video are owned by LG 😂). I know the two creams are very similar in texture, except the Tervina line is rose scented and a little more affordable. (Ohui is luxury, Isa Knox is “just” high-end)
If you like ferment I’d highly recommend the brand Su:m37 (also an LG brand).
This is helpful ☺️
I agree that it does seem like a GWP!
You look absolutely RADIANT and BEAUTIFUL!❤️
Thank you so much ☺️
Thanks again for such an amazing and interesting video. I’m always happy to get all your info!
What do you recommend more: Ohui or History of Whoo (for mature skin)?
Thanks Alice ❤
Tbh both are deeply nourishing and target dry/mature skin. But they have very different approaches (plant stem cells vs hanbang herbs)
I would say you might want to pick up minis from each and see what your skin responds better to? Especially before committing to any full sizes.
That’s what I would do (and…did do LOL! 😂)
I recommend trying out the Ohui Prime Advancer line, as it is one of their bestsellers.
Thank you Alice for making this mature skin care video , I honestly do take away a lot of stuff from your video
You give me the courage of buying the Missha Chogongjin cream and the essence and my skin has been a game changer thank you 🙏 for your supportive video thank you 🙏 Alice thank you
Of course I will continue using your discount code from yes style and style venna
So glad to hear! I feel like chogongjin is so underrated, and yet still priced quite reasonably!
So happy to hear! Yes that texture is dreamy, and yet it is so affordable!? What a great release 😁
One of my close friends took French for 4 years. It is a beautiful language. ❌️⭕️
It really is a beautiful language
(probably not when I try though 😭🤣)
@@AliceintheRabbitHole LOL! 🤣❌️⭕️
I absolutely adore the Yehwadam line!
I’m so impressed! Do you have other favorites from them?
Im so excited to hear you’re enjoying SK-II! That’s one of my absolute favorites, even though it is QUITE pricey!
@AliceintheRabbitHole I decided to whittle down my products to what works for me. So, the overall cost is still within my budget. Heard the larger bottle of SK-II is available at Costco too. Must look it up.
Last year was all about giving in to temptation when a new product was reviewed.
I bought the Sooryehan black serum after seeing Odile's video too! Sadly it irritates my sensitive skin though.. I was gutted 😭
@sererev Sorry about that. It is expensive and I held out for so long. I loved the Sulwhasoo first activating essence but that was almost double the cost of the sooreyan
@@geethaparasuram6338 yeah I'm not ready to take the plunge on Sulwhasoo 😅 but I am really enjoying the Yehwadam ginseng line (with no irritation)!!
Hi Alice, Very Good Video; thank you for the introduction to the products. Your Skin Looks Great!!!, I like the textures of the products also; We ALL get OLD, you just wait, cute story about the French Class made me laugh
Thank you so much 🥰
I’m on tretinoin and no matter how well I exfoliate and moisturize, EVERY SINGLE foundation I try breaks up and gets patchy around my mouth and chin.
Really pretty lipstick. Have a wonderful week ❌️ ⭕️
Thank you! You too!
Yup. Thanks Alice for trying out the Yehwadam products since I have put in my cart already... 😅
The Yehwadam sunscreen is so nice on your face... I will add it in my cart... Btw, the Yehwadam is actually the Face Shop which is my makeup store in my location... Love the line... 😊
The History of Whoo lipstick is so nice, sheen is good enough for me since I prefer some shine without being mirror like glow...
Happy to help! I’m so floored that such a gorgeous sunscreen isn’t even that pricey (it’s better than Tatcha’s, for reference - at least imo!)
Whoop 🙌🏼 ❤
Definitely want to try that stick foundation 😮❤
I'm Canadian so we have to take French grade 7-9. I also did really good on written but sucked at spoken.
It’s so challenging!!
YES!! So excited!
I'm amazed at your success with your research coz I tried and between your channel plus another channel you recommended, that's as far as I got 😂. Luckily I have The Face Shop near me so at least I now have a name I can ask about. 😊
Whoa that’s awesome that you have their shop nearby! That would be a dream for me hahaha!
Mercy bow-cop. I like luxury without cutesy or clear plastic packaging that’s so common in k beauty. My skin loves ginseng.
Great as always, Yehwadam looks interesting ❤
Hi Alice. Happy Monday ❌️ ⭕️
Happy Monday! 🥰
Thank you for sharing!
I do thin to thick as well.❌️⭕️
Love your videos. Kindly do review on K Secret products. Would love to know your thoughts on their popular balm and their retinal serum.
That mini set looks like a steal and the French award story was hysterical 😂
Also, unrelated, but I was wondering if you'd planned on reviewing the newest Medicube device?
Absolutely! It will be in a video very soon (including my thoughts of daily use for at least 2 weeks 😁)
Yeh-hwa-dahm. O-hwe. Korean pronunciations are not as nasalized as American vowels. More glottalized. Ohui is incidentally one of my favorites in anti-aging skincare!😊
Ooh thank you. You described this in a way that made it click for me. We do speak much more through our noses in the US!
Based on my extensive knowledge of Kdramas and non existent knowledge of real Korean, I do think luxury in Korea is lower in price compared to Western, but again the average income is different.
That’s a good point
Have you tried sooryehan k-beauty products? Would love to hear your thoughts on that brand sometime!
Two shades of foundation, wow. And I side-eye when I see brands showing 5 shades but insisting they work with so many different color ranges, lol.
Yeah that’s a problem too. 5 variations on fair beige isn’t really that great 👀
I’m starting to see a few brands expand though, and hopefully many more in the future!
Alice, your skin looks absolutely stunning tonight! (However, you are always glowing)
I would like to thank you for pronouncing “peony”, like a true southerner! lol 😊
Thank you! Hahaha see I didn’t even realize I did that 🤣😂
Clicking on your link it says that this item is not longer available. (Talking about the kit you first discuss.)
I never tried to obtain a southern accent, for example, but here we are 🤣
@@AliceintheRabbitHole oh you can do a yawl and drawl lol
Omg I'm SO EXCITED to watch this🤩
I chose French as well😅 failed miserably....ok now I NEED ALL these products. Right up my alley, I'm such a sucker for the luxury Kbeauty brands. I want to try them ALL😅
I do feel you would really like these 😁
@@AliceintheRabbitHole I'm at that age where I need all the help I can get😅 they are on my list!!
How do you feel about these products compared to chogongjin?
Hey may I know where you got your beautiful necklace from ?
Your skin looks amazing! How long does the Yesstyle take to ship? Thanks for this research
Take their estimate and add a couple days (this is a recent change as it used to be spot on). So if it says “ships in 7-14 days”, it will most likely ship by 17 days
Express shipping is VERY fast, standard is about 2 weeks for me
@@AliceintheRabbitHole thanks so much 😃
Does anyone know if the sunscreen and also the foundation will make dry textured skin with visible pores look worse or better does anyone have textured skin that has tried this because my skin is very dry but extremely acne-prone and just a lot of texture and visible pores some permanent acne pitted scarring not real bad... but most foundations accentuate my texture. I would love to try all the skin care and makeup but I'm terrified of getting breakouts... I know most people say they did not get breakouts so I hope that's the case especially going to order the eye cream

I have never heard of these brands I don't think anyways. Looks kinda interesting.
I haven’t tried them yet but I’m very interested! Maybe on some kind of points haul LOL
@AliceintheRabbitHole
Makeup looks great esp lip 💋 color

2 shades??? Really?? I will stick to my western foundations sadly...
Mmhmm. In some good news, while this is nice, so is About Face’s foundation (and that shade range is stunning!)
