How durable is the base material? Would it be a good base for tying on additional synthetic material or natural foliage or prone to ripping etc? It looks quite thin
It is thin, but you cannot rip the strip by hand. It does not tear while crawl. I used feet covers while walking, and it started to develop small holes, so I do not recommend using feet covers while walking. No other tearing occurred during our testing.
