- It’s the Austin Mini Cooper S FIA 2.0 mod car for Assetto Corsa by Pessio, on Race Department.
It has been completely rebuilt using photo matching from scratch, a totally new car, not just the model but the physics too. Being a bit of a Mini fan I had to take a look.
The 3d model is incredibly detailed, right down to the doors, lights, wipers and dials working. It comes with a great set of period paint jobs too, that really enhance the models looks.
The suspension, sound and engine data have been created using a real car. This car is the historic racing version, so also includes a LSD and anti roll bars, which should make it a cracking drive. In fact Pessio says its easy and fun to drive but hard to master, he also says its Goodwood ready. Lets find out...
