Good video and some great designs. I work in Cebu City, live in Lacion. Would consider looking at some of these as a second residence when working nights. Starting prices are reasonable and they don’t seen overly ambitious constructions so they might be available by their target dates, unlike something like Mandini Bay which has had delays for so many years. These new residential projects might drive prices down for the very vacant existing older condo complexes. Again, great video.

Solinea is a premium condo located in a premium location. Just inside Cebu Business Park, thats why is expensice compared to the condos showcased in this video.

I’m not understanding the p/month, number of months and total price. Why are some less per month but total price is nearly double?
And what is dp?

One of the payment options available for pre-selling condos is thru installment basis.
It means that the total downpayment, usually 10% or 20% of the total contract price is paid in a number of months, say 36 months, 48 months, depending on the turnover date of the condo.
