I hope you manage to get rest despite the overworking. You're still young. I'm already 30, been overworking when i was in my 20s and now it feels so tiring to even keep up with work and life.

hey ace! i'm a subscriber from the other side of the world (Brazil) and I can relate to you so much. I've been feeling sick and having health issues recently, matching the same period my work grew substantially. Last week, after taking my therapy session I just came in realization that I am actually burned out, not almost but already. So I decided to start putting real boundaries in work, made my mental and physical health my top priority. I know how hard it is, because it's a choice we make but our job keeps demanding and asking for more, so let's not expect to be instantly but slowing getting more life balance, starting by changing my mentality 😊
Something that have been helping me hang on is doing regularly session with my psychologist, since the pandemic this is stg that really helped me go through the work life! I would highly recommend if you can ❤

i do think the reason why you can't really rest is because (as u mentioned it before) you are afraid to be left behind from everyone and would rather work as much as you can while you are young. so doing the simplest things as relaxing, worry you or maybe you didn't realize it. but you feel guilty if u didn't do anything and just enjoy your time off. whenever u show us your daily vlog, after u go home and just do more work too. but if it's what u want then go for it, please take care of yourself ACE

hahaha Ace I think you’re using the air wrap wrongly. You can look up tutorials on youtube, there are a lot. You just hold it near your hair end and it’s supposed to be wrapped around automatically.

For my advice, it’s better for u to cut down drinking ice or cold drink too often. The more u drink u will definitely have more period pain every month. And u shouldn’t drink ice water during period too. Chinese physician always said drink more warm water instead. Take good care!

What’s the point of being in a relationship if you work such ridiculous hours. You need to sort your work life balance out or your home life will suffer.
I love your videos but I have to say that I'm shocked about your working hours! Waking up and starting to work right away, working lunch, working after dinner until late in the night... Also you mentioned a colleague sending you a work related message over the weekend 😮 This is not appropriate, you need mental breaks from work... you also mentioned that you are not paid enough. I'm not sure if this is particular to your job or if the work culture is like that in Korea but I find it unhealthy and dangerous. Take care ❤
