Would yall train here? Some of our latest upgrades. It’s much harder to keep buying new equipment than most think, running a gym is very slim margins but we try to constantly improve. What would yall add next?
I’d definitely train there if I lived in Sacramento. Should be up there soon from the Bay Area and will definitely drop in. Love all the Hammer Strength equipment, but I really like their iso-lateral row over their low row, which feels a bit weird to me. Could just be my body dimensions or not enough practice dialing in the seat height and technique. Otherwise you seem to have all the bases covered. Keep up the great work!
If I had to add, a T-bar row or bulldog pad for rows. Also jammer arms on one of the racks. Looks legit though. Especially the comp style equipment.
If I had this gym in my hometown I'd pay 100 a month to go. The equipment is top notch I truly wish we had even 1/10th of the equipment you have in my local ymca.
I've been a member for about 2 yrs and tbh, that welcoming environment is for real. I been going to commercial gyms all of my life and just kind of became conditioned to ignore everyone and do my thing. That changed once I started going here and ACTUALLY made friends? It's such a new experience for me haha, but a great one! I honestly can't imagine myself ever going to any other gym ever again lol.

Competed in a powerlifting meet here. Really awesome vibe and cool gym.
Get some textured shades for the lightbulbs at the front desk. Diffuse some of that light and make it cozyyyyyyy
lol I mean cozy is nice, not sure it’s the gym vibe + the sun blasts the building bright anyways through gates

Looks like a great place. How many sqft is it? how many sqft is your bathroom facility ? Did you buy the building?
We don’t own the building, as a new company buying a 6,000sq/ft building in Capitol of California would take an insane downpayment

The old ST rented part of this space from a Larger gym until 2015. Me and Jim McD built and open this space in 2020
