Mike - I'm sure you are aware that Aviator Management has blocked every one of the 21 videos you had of Tom Jones at Sugarland. They were all great every one of them. That is the first video of him doing Across the Borderline and is was his best rendition to my ear and I have heard it many times since May 5. Thank you for having put those on - I listened for Borderline more than 100 times.
yes, i'm fully aware. what is sad is there are other videos from others that have 100K+ views and I only had a few K. so, who knows. I'm just glad they didn't give me strikes. they could have easily made me lose my channel. all i can say is, you should invest in a video downloader cause it's just a wildwest here and even tho i think it's ok to post video (I check to see if there is any up from others), it is up to the person working the copyright match screen and seem capricious at times, but videos will disappear. each one is a person deciding to take action, so i'm sure they have their reasons. tons of eric johnson up, but my video, he gave me strikes on and i almost did lose my channel feb 2019, but luckily was able to reach them in email and work out a compromise. but i guarantee you, they are not all like that. i'm very lucky to navigate this successfully since 2008, but it's been close and most of 2021 and 2022 I had 2 strikes... even now, i'm vulnerable. any copyright holder can come in and just cancel me cause all i've got is live performances...
@@DeadMikeConcertVideos What is going on in this case is a company has been hired to keep tour shows off. You know this I assume. And for two months NOTHING was removed including yours. Then a few days ago it began again. Last year it started two weeks into the tour and went on the entire time. Yes it is someone deciding to act and when to act and how to act. So short sighted because this is promotion for the artist and ones like yours so well done - good promotion. It is the wildwest and giving strikes and especially arbitrarily is even worse. What you tell me about 2021 and 2022 is scary in terms of where are we going. I assume by doing this to you and others it is to get everyone to stop putting anything much up because they can get their channel terminated. Do you think that one day even the video downloader won't work - there will be a way so they won't play back. Is there a way I could message you rather than email? yeah, i'm a bit bummed i never went to see them before. there is a certain lackluster edge to the horns at times, but i think they woke up after about the third song and started to energize more... but it's hard work to stay motivated playing the same song for the 6000th time..

They are all new guys with the exception Robert Lamm they are great but not as good as they were. But look at Lamm at about 78 years old.
