Hey, enterprise stardard is really an unlimited storage way, I've paid for it and it shows a limit of 5TB in Drive, I don't know if it takes longer to make a change but I need to know if the enterprise plus is the only way to obtain unlimited storage

To get endpoint management you need at least Business Plus. GCP supports all plans from frontline to enterprise plus.

Hi J,
What you need in this case is Partial Domain Licensing (PDL) - it allows an organisation to mix and match Google Workspace tiers. There used to be a 100 seat minimum for this but that limit is gone now. Hope this helps!

You don't need workspace for that, you need a Domain Service like Namecheap, etc

What is the "minimum user" requirments for Enterprise Standard?
There is no minimum user requirement.
I intend to run a training online with an expected audience of over 200. I will be doing alot of screen sharing and would love the videos to be backed up. I understand that I need the Google meet tool but which basic plan will be best suited for me .. Thank You
You will need at least Business Plus as that allows 500 participants and more control over the call. You can check out the features available here

what is the difference between alias and users? For example if a need separate email accounts for 5 people. Does it mean 5 users? Can we record meetings with the starter plan?
Aliases mean that all the mails end up in one mailbox. If you need separate access, you will need separate licences. Unfortunately that is not ideal.
hi, its my first time trying to buy this google workspace, im kinda confused with the pricing, it says ~5 USD per user per month... does this mean if i have 30 users then it will be 30*5=150 USD per month? Thats really expensive
Compared to what? Are their cheaper Saas offerings? Curious.
Hi, thanks for the question. Yes, if you have 30 users then it would be 30 x $5 per month. Do you have 30 employees who you want to sign up to Google Workspace? You get access to quite a lot for the amount you pay!

Which plan will let me upload documents from varios users into one shared drive, but not allow the person loading the document to delete/edit such document after its up loaded?
Hi Luis, you would need at least business standard in order to have shared drives. Once you have shared drives you could setup this scenario based on the sharing permissions. I would suggest watching our video on how to setup a secure shared drive.

Google Workspace applications are web native, so they do not act like normal desktop applications but are an extension of Chrome. You can create shortcuts to access them from your desktop similar to desktop applications. Read this blog: www.getmailflow.com/post/gmail-desktop-app
We are 50 users. Can we we use business starter? We had before business standard , now we want to move to starter. Is it possible to do so?
Hi Waris,
Yes you can downgrade to business starter once you are not in a contract with google. If you are on a flex contract and paying monthly then you can move to Business Starter. Please bare in mind the features you will lose mainly Shared Drives and storage. You will need to remove all of your shared drives before downgrading.

The recording feature on google meet is only available in google workspace business standard and up. It is not available on business starter.
Google meet does not record to your computer. You could use a screen recording tool bought separately to do something like this.

If you mean unlimited storage then no. Unlimited storage is only available on google workspace enterprise standard and up.

@@jorgelopez4512 , You get unlimited storage space in Enterprise Plans which is allocated in a slot of 5 TB , once this is over you can request to google & they shall again alot you 5 TB & so on
