But then the question is, what main role does she play and what's her specialty?
I'm as much as you want her to be in game, but making a new player character in an rpg is like engineering a complicated machine. I do wish her to be playable but not making the gameplay unbalanced or broken.

@@FanaticChain like it! maybe she should be a decent sub tank-support who can tank a ton of hits, and she can target herself or anyone other. she can add new buff "Counter with ____" (the skill is random) but it has a high cooldown.

Incidentally, Author!Matt also scrapped an EBF4 character: Ami, a spear-user. Since the spears were designed first, though, they got reclassified as swords and staves for Character!Matt and Natalie to use.
Would be interesting to see her come back for Bullet Heaven 3, if that game actually happens. _(I forgot if that was actually one of Matt's projects or if he just whipped up something quick for a game jam.)_

I think during the Adventure Story stream Matt did, he said that the current bullet heaven is most likely will stayed as a prototype like that and remain on the web since there is a lot of technical trouble he have with the game engine
