    Ingredients:

    - 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    - Salt to taste
    - Refined oil for frying
    - *For the Sauce:*
    - 2 tablespoons red chili sauce
    - 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    - 1 tablespoon soya sauce
    - 1 tablespoon vinegar
    - 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger (adark)
    - 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
    - 1/2 cup water
    - 1 tablespoon corn starch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water to make a slurry)
    - 1 tablespoon refined oil
    Instructions:
    1. *Prepare the Vegetable Balls:*
    1.1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, onion, and green chilies.
    1.2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, maida, corn starch, kali mirch powder, lal mirch powder, and salt.
    1.3. Mix well and form small balls from the mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water to help bind the mixture.
    1.4. Heat refined oil in a pan for deep frying.
    1.5. Fry the balls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
    2. *Prepare the Sauce:*
    2.1. Heat 1 tablespoon refined oil in a pan.
    2.2. Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté until they are fragrant.
    2.3. Add red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and vinegar. Stir well.
    2.4. Add 1/2 cup water and bring the sauce to a boil.
    2.5. Add the corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously.
    2.6. Cook until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.

    3.1. Add the fried vegetable balls to the sauce. Gently toss to coat the balls with the sauce.
