She didn't follow the interviewee well and that's why the interviewee kept on straightening the interviewer.
He kept bringing her in line because she wandered a lot so if someone advises that she should be trained, that must be a good observation and suggestion.
The man kept saying "have you forgotten what I said?," "do you understand what I'm saying?," all showing the relative immaturity of the interviewer
