I have a letter from Robert Jenrick from 3 weeks ago whereby he states catagorically that EVERY immigrant , refugee , I legal migrant IS FULLY background checked upon arrival .... However the agrement very clearly says that Rwanda will vet all those coming from the UK and will regect any it feels like!. These Tories are by far the most useless negotiators ever.
Don't forget: Suella Braverman has been accused of a fresh breach of the ministerial code for failing to declare years of previous work with Rwanda’s government, despite the Government’s asylum deal with the country.
This "crisis" that she's created is a smokescreen to once again funnel our cash into the pockets of the already wealthy. She's so obviously on the take. Rwanda won't get another mention if she loses her job.

In a way he's almost right. If the government get their way and make coming to the UK to claim asylum a crime - having already eliminated all legal routes to get here already - then people will stop trying to apply for asylum. Instead they will disappear straight into the black economy and cease to officially exist. Thus saving that accommodation bill and providing a workforce with no legal rights at all.
It's 20% of what Truss and Kwarteng cost us in a day. He's saying reducing it by 2% gives a return on investment. Imagine the ROI on getting these corrupt bastards out of government! We'll save the country many billions per year of state wealth waste and embezzlement!

Doing both would if not end the boats, it would reduce them so much that the traffickers' business plan would fail.
The govt can't or won't do either, never mind both. They've had 13 years to act - why haven't they?
Yvette Cooper is a prime reason why i would never vote for the pro immigration party that is Labour. She can hum about procedures for asylum seekers but its totally irrelevant as Labour have absolutely no intention of doing anything about stopping immigration.

I just find it insane that if you google is rwanda safe to travel to, on the government website it has a whole cache of info saying only stay in tourist areas as its volatile and the health and safety is below standards etc. How can we say to British people its not really safe to potter off there but still say it's safe enough to send vulnerable refugees??

Can't send any illegal boat immigrant back anymore under the Dublin Regulation to another EU country in which they had already been registered or processed, so everybody now knows that once you're in the UK, they can't send you back to France. But that is - of course - nothing relevant for the Tories!

If you process them and deport the ones who don't have valid claims you won't have any costs for housing and feeding them
The ones who have valid claims will go on to contribute by paying taxes so will be a net gain to the tax man
They want the processing done in Rwanda. If they get refugee status they get to stay in Rwanda, not returned to the UK, where they'll more than likely be killed or forced into criminal gangs. The plane journey fir them is one way. Braverman has business dealings in Rwanda, she's spent loads of time there, and she wants our cash to go there to deal with the refugee problems she created. She's on the make. It's another excuse to funnel our money into their pockets.

This all sounds like some who buys a large Freehold old home, lives in it for 13 years, neglects to repair old defects and refuses to perform any upkeep to it.

What the Tories don't say is that before Brexit, the French actively stopped the boat crossings and detained refugees at purpose built detention centres cross channel. However, due to Brexit and the Tories toxic anti EU rhetoric this deal lapsed and now the French let them cross unimpeded.

I do want to stop the boats. I want asylum seekers to have safe routes here and when they get here I want them to be treated with dignity and respect, not as though they're something that Cruella Braverman has stepped in. I want them to be processed quickly and efficiently so that those who are successful in their applications can become valued, contributing members of British society.
That virtually none then , only those who we need with qualifications can come, Albanian drug gangs nope !
