As far as I can tell they were never sold to the public they were promotional things to businesses and dealers in the late 80s early 90s ish. though Carter Brothers did make and sell a similar kart around the same time called the mini monster but the don't make them any more I assume because of the likely hood of rolling over and not being safe.
