How To Clean Dior B23 Hightops

There are so many different variations of the Dior B23, but one of our favorites is the Oblique Canvas . David has restored plenty of designer and high end sneakers in the past including brands like Alexander McQueen and Off-White, but it’s this is the first time he's cleaned a pair of Dior's. They came in looking uncleanable, and finished, but you know how we do things here.
Today David is going to show you how to restore a pair of Dior B23 High-Tops. This pair of Dior's isn't beat necessarily, but there are a lot of deep stains in the mesh & stitching. David is going to detail the best way to clean your pair of Dior sneakers, and how to remove the deep stains from the soles of the Dior B23's.
To start, David removed the shoelaces and inserted the Adjustable Shoe Tree.
After using the soft bristle brush to wet the uppers, we can start cleaning these up with the SNKRRBAR Sole Food Cleaning Solution. David used the Soft Bristle Brush to clean the entire uppers, the Medium Bristle Brush to scrub the midsole, and the Stiff Bristle Brush to attack the outsole. You can also use a steel wire brush to get those deeper stains out of the midsoles & stitching.
This shoe cleaned up immaculately. But this isn’t just a cleaning, we’re going to fully restore these Dior's too, starting with the midsole. The midsole is pretty stained, so David carefully used Cotton Balls & Acetone to remove the stains. This method works wonderfully, but you have to be careful not to use it on the wrong type of midsoles, or aged midsoles or else it will either remove paint or crumble.
Onto that nasty stained sole. To remove the stains of sole of the Dior B23's, David applied some SNKRRBAR Sneaker Cleaner to the stained areas, and brushed thoroughly with a steel wire brush. To remove the stains deep within the crevasses of the sole, David used Acetone & Q-Tips to remove the dirt and grime.
Now that the soles are clean again, we need to lace up this Dior B23. David used a whitening method on the laces so that they come out back to factory white! The results speak for themselves they went from black, back to coke white.
And just like that, this pair of Dior B23's looks untouched. David absolutely brought this pair back to life. This was definitely one of David's harder restorations, as this is once again a $1,200 sneaker. David did this pair justice. As stated in the video, they might not have been 100% perfect, but these shoes definitely did come a LONG way from where they started.

Hey bro, my b23s midsoles are yellowed and I want to use 40 volume cream on it. Is it save to use on the black rubber parts ? like the dior patch etc.
