Facts
And ZRo On No Jumper Interview
K rino hard af i always heard other rappers look up to him but never see him on major platforms its crazy
Cloud on the Suckers
Been rocking UGK since I was 15 years old. Shiiiii... I’m 43 now! Still repping UGK 4 LIFE!!
13 y/o here and I'm 38. Them and Ball & G are the main reasons I still listen to primarily rap music.
I’m 41 I remember camping outside the music store waiting for riding dirty they never disappointed me always fire!!!!!! UGK for life!!!!!
My first time hearing UGK I was 11 years old pocket full of stones been a fan ever since I'm 37
Salute
#1976 Good year!
I love seeing New York MC's embracing southern MC's
Thought you were dead.
That "Murder" verse is one of the best of all time! So glad to see Kwali and Bun feel the same way I do.
that_G_EvanP it really don’t get know better Bun ripped that shit!!!!!! He out shined Jay Z on BIG PIMPING too!!!!!
Pimp c verse go hard too !!
t.i. has a video bout that verse specifically. look it up
That verse was vicious!
that_G_EvanP hey trust me, they don't really give a damn about you fam. Jay Z said "all black everything" I've seen this guy on a few occasion and it's really like on the song "Imaginary Playa" "I'M UNCOMFORTABLE DOG! I DON'T KNOW YOU!" 🤷🏾♂️ It's really the same with all (well MOST) celebrities.
The beautiful thing about this interview is Bun speaks of Hip-Hop as collective and not as just being regional. Hip-Hop needs more OGs to speak in forums such as this that promotes an intellectual discourse on the culture. I am a fifty-four year old Hip-Hop head that is desperately seeking not only the use of metaphors and verbs, but also dialogue that uplifts Hip-Hop in a positive light.. Big up to Talib, love how you continue to move Hip-Hop forward!!!! Talib...I have never worked in the music industry, but I would love to work with or for you in some capacity.
Bun B and Talib Kweli!!! Country Cousins!!! I already know this is going to be a dope show
What They Know 'bout Dat!
LOVE that song!
Who the hell just comes to this interview and vote it down. Like what was not good or disappointing about a man truth. I don't get it. Bun and Kweli both legend of hip hop and good people.
Two words: miserable people.
Some fail to see the real and genuine.
Chilling with a blunt waaaatttt 🥰🥰🥰🤣
eggzackly
👌💨💨💨™
its some jackass that dont know music that voted down
K-Rino is on another level. Drop 5 full albums on the same day and every album is sick

Bun B. Has always been nice.... Pimp C. Had the voice, but Bun had the delivery... Since pocket full of stones
Carlton
Rolling with the Bun!!!
Bun B is a lyricist & a wordsmith but Pimp C was the hook king & he can ride a beat smoothly
Bun B underated. He's one of top 10 M Cs
Terence Dennis I'd say he and Pimp C interchange on different songs, etc. like on Big Pimpin' Bun's verse was better. On the André 3000 feature with the famous line "KEEP YO HEART THREE STACKS!" Pimp C MURDERED THAT TRACK!
No, he isn't. LOL
Franc Mittelo u trippin
Yep. JT Money is underrated, too.
@@francmittelo6731 Stop lying. He is underrated. That's your problem.
Pimp C will always live on
Rip to Pimp C
Bun B is dropping real knowledge and amazing stories. Great job by Kweli on guiding the interview and letting Bun speak.
Bun has never spit a lazy verse in his life. Give this man his recognition.
Possibly the best Bun B interview ever...
YESSSSSS!
The blast is still one of my favorite songs OF ALL TIME. Bun B is a legend, Talib aka one of the 🐐 ‘s.... man, this is absolutely phenomenal.
Had to pause and go listen to Murder so the verse wouldn't be stuck in my head the rest of the podcast.
Bun-B is right. K-Rino is a lyrical beast. One of the greatest MC's ever. #Legend #GOAT #Houston
👊👑💜❤💖💎🐐📚📝🎤🎹🎶🔥🙌🙏👌💯
Bun - B and Talib are the truth on the Lyrics !!!
Resi in peace Bushwick Bill from Ghetto Boys, salute from Croatia to Bun and Talib, peace
Supposedly he's still alive.
@@MrEazyE357 Confirmed dead as of this morning. RIP!
RipBill🙏
@@stewarteasy72 But at the time I posted that comment he was actually still hanging on. Some people had falsely reported his death like a day or two before he died.
@@reynaldomendoza9481 For real!!
The last 15 minutes were the best part of the interview. Og Bun B is very articulate and intelligent. I can listen to him speak all day. And I tip my hat to talib for an excellent interview.
Grown man conversation. I really enjoyed this.
Bun is probably one of the most if not the most underrated lyricist, dude has always went hard
That verse on murder is my favorite Bun B verse. I was like damn I listen to that song over and over .
What I always loved about New York rappers is they talked about New York. I'm from the south Louisiana as a matter of fact. What I love about the great southern rappers is they talk about the south. Rep where you are from and explain on wax as literate as you can. Diversity is greatly appreciated by the masses despite what you heard
For the uninitiated, Bun B is THE greatest of ALL TIME!!!!
I really enjoyed listening to Bun, he seems like a very calm and cool guy.
truth
Kweli beat selection has always been on point
Bun on Stick Em Up Ludricrs ft. UGK, that verse was a continuation of his Murder verse in my opinion...
Carlton Banks agreed....part 3 was his verse on Tough Guy with Outkast
yeah him and pimp bump't dat stick em up junt out...but that tuff guy wit 'Kast was sho nuff fy fy...pimp vers was xxtra dope
Pimp went off too. 🔥🔥
Diss You Told You You Are So Hurt He Doesn't Accept You
Standing ovation! 👏👏👏
Man this was a beautiful interview. Its awesome to see how gracefully rap is aging.
Two of my favorite artist!! Real hip hop stories that reflect our day to day struggles.
I think is the first time I see two black rappers who genuinely have love for each other.. it’s refreshing!
Talib is one of my all-time favorite. Glad I found this podcast

Yo one of the best interviews I've seen with Bun. Being a Man almost 50 years old, i could relate to a lot of Bun was talking about. Very mature grown adult Hip hop conversation. Need more like this.. because its.real
Salute to Bun B 💯👑 Long Live Pimp C UGK Family 4 Life
L.A. has bugs. The South has CREATURES 😅. I saw BunB live for the first time in Oakland at New Parish a few weeks ago. Shout out and RIP to Combat Jack for putting BunB on MY radar. Much love to my brothas and all the Dads out there. ❤️
I remember Bun coming out to do a show in Oslo (Norway) way back in 2010 when I was 17. Being underage I couldn't go to the concert but I remember sneaking in to the afterparty and Bun was getting drinks at the bar. So I went towards him with my digital camera (lmao) hoping to get a pic with him, unfortunately his security stopped me and told me that it's gonna cost $20 to get a pic. Boy... Not mad at Bun tho, still been UGK for life regardless of the security. Great interview.
That was probably his security charging you. Bun would never see that $20 or cared.
Taleb Kwali dræpte det i Bodø😉
That’s was definitely the security trying to come up.
Every rapper need to listen to his Murder verse it’s next level !!!!!!

'Quality' without question, is a 5-mic album. An instant classic. I thought so when I first bought it in 2002. And I still think so now. #Salute 👊👑💜❤💖💎🐐📚📝🎤🎹🎶🔥🙌🙏👌💯
I been a fan of Bun and UGK since Super Tight, but I ain't never heard of K-Rino until this interview. I youtube'd the man, found the song "Doin' Bad"... Damn... I got caught slippin.

Bun B make feel great that I follow hip hop as genre..he has so much wisdom and dropped tons and tons of jewels on the interview, need more leaders as him in hip hop...Watching out here in South Africa, the real South lol
This was a great interview and to see 2 lyricist from different regions come together on this informative interview, which seem more like 2 grown men having a conversation, was beautiful. Well done Talib & Bun on showing people and more importantly, that you can have a mutual respect for each other without the ego getting involved. 🙏🏽👍🏽
This was dope, great to get an education on Bun B's journey as an artist! Can't wait for the next episode, Peace!
Man I love the way kweli let the guest talk half the host be taking all over the guest and stuff
This show is going to be 🔥🔥🔥
COSIGN

This was unequivocally the best interview with Bun i ever heard, and im an old head who was _waitin_ for Ridin Dirty to drop after seein the "coming soon" ads in The Source.
1:07:05 this was expressed _perfectly!_

Great questions & great guests.
Power & blessings from Melbourne Australia ✌
I love your channel!! Please give us more content to watch, your perspective is something we don't normally get and its DOPE!
Kweli you said in jest that y'all should do an album together. I screamed "yes" to the top of my lungs. My favorite 2 emcees! I was actually thinking about this earlier in the week. Serendipitous!
Two Legends!!! 💯💯
To Kweli & Bun B.... I'm not anti social but I have no interest in being social on any platform.
This is definitely my 1st. time and probably my last doing so... But my heart is speaking so I must.
I want to thank all involved with this project foremost as a grateful fan. My appreciation and Love for you Gentlemen is unbound... I've watched you both become the stewards of growth when opportunity is realized. Hip Hip has been the arc in my spirit and the soul of every step on my way through life. And to have a front row seat to a personal conversation between men is an absolute treasure. Not just for the Black involved, But for the content that evolved so organically. It's extremely hard to be casual in a professional setting and not lose the comfort. Especially when the energy in the room has the frequency of a beat that you can't stop nodding your head to. Please consider this as my nod to you both as we make eye contact in passing...
No problems wanted just all due Respect. So dope... The Peace is with you!
So so many "you're welcomes" from the whole squad!
This was truly fantastic. I feel privileged to have experience such a thoughtful and deep conversation about the music and culture I love.
Get ready for more!
That was very humbling, reassuring and educational. I can’t think of an interview where I received all of that in an hour. Thank u.
I love your interviews Mr. Kweli. They bring so much more insight into the mindsets of the artists than jusy listening to the music. Keep em comin!!
Great dialogue !!!! Between the two , I have enormous respect for the guys keep pushing that hot fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Yo...every interview I've watched has been very captivating...I love this podcast
I first heard them in high school on the Menace to Society soundtrack on the track “Pocket Full of Stones” but that “Riding Dirty” still gets slapped in my rotation of classic albums. His verse on “Murder” woke my game up even more towards Bun B as a killer lyricist. They were a perfect combination #LLPimpC ✊🏾💯
Hearing Bun talk about his verse on 'Murder' made this worth the watch
