- It’s been just over 6 months since the M2 Ultra Mac Studio made its release. The Mac Studio is the computer that I continue to rely on, and I have come to appreciate the more I use it. It truly is the one piece of tech that has made such an impact on me, which isn’t something that happens too much with tech these days.

This was a great video and now you have me rethinking my next purchase. I was going to get one of the new MBPs but I do graphic and web design, so I'm thinking that this is what I need and I'll just keep using my M1 MBP for portability.
Also, I love how you have an external drive for each facet of your business. Love that so much!

I think performance for things like rendering 3D graphics in blender is never enough, the less it takes time to complete rendering one frame the better...i think people would just pay "render farm" to render real cgi cartoon anyway.

I think I ordered it after 10 July the Max together with a 27 -inch Asus Proart now I have an IMAC from 2019 (6 core i5 Coffee Lake) for the ultra I don't have enough money. Peace
I have M2 Ultra Mac Studio.
One question. After update Sonoma 14.4, can you play any game like Re4, Deasth Staanding , etc.. everytime play game, Mac crash and then reboot again.
I just downgrade and then every game play well.
What about ur M2 Ultra?

thanks!! I honestly haven't done too much gaming on my Mac, if anything there's probably a bug going on with the new "game mode" apple introduced last WWDC. Hopefully its just a software bug because I can't see why the games wouldn't run
I have Death Stranding and RE the Village on my M2 Ultra. Smooth play and no crashes so far. Getting around 60 FPS in X-Plane 12 with settings at max. Sonoma 14.4.
Just upgraded from M1Max to M2Ultra, its so fast for video editing. Rapid in Davinci Resolve
The extra media engines make such a huge impact with video editing
I have the same unit and it has waaaay more power than I'll ever need.
