- Hello! Today I bring to you a short little angsty PMV of my Isle characters. Since not all these dinos were alive in the same time period I thought it would be fair to include its based off of The Isle.
What's the story? Kykolis is a young Allosaurus when she finds her adult figure in life. Kovec takes it upon himself to take care of Kykolis and become that figure in her life. Unfortunatly as times grow on, Kovec is faced with a battle-scarred Spinosaurus who is out for blood. Knowing he wont win this battle, he turns back to look at the daughter he loved one last time..

Your artstyle is absolutely incredible! The expression in the last scene, right before the spino appears, is absolutely heart breaking.

god i remember watching this for the first time and here i am again and its still just as amazing. the look kovec has when he turns around to see kykolis, as if taking in the daughter that's grown up so much before his very eyes into a strong dino and being so proud :(( waa i love this

I haven’t played the Isle, but I am a sucker for dinosaurs and, coincidentally, Allosaurus are one of my favorite species lol

I wish I knew how to do PMVs, or animations. I've so many great stories or characters from The Isle. The greatest being from full realism.
For nearly half a year, I had a allosaurus. She was named Banana. I accepted the strange odd funny ha ha name. Not realizing her huge story to come.
A tale of working hard and trying to have patience. Being put in a position and earning leadership from challenging the current "Alpha" after turning those against her right under her nose. Becoming a tyrannical Queen who greatly rewarded loyalty but was ruthless in punishment to anybody who was disobedient or disloyal.. making her pack the strongest and fiercest out there.
As months passed and she got older, of course she made huge enemies. Scars gained, bit by bit as she got older. Fighting territory wars, until she was a old elder. No longer as strong as she used to be. Her crest (crown) torn off on one side. Yet, she had created such a strongly knitted loyal pack that the younger generations fought for her. Until one harsh winter, no food and a starving pack. They attempted to hunt a triceratops and she was killed. Admittedly by a broken hit box stomp. But still.
And so many other very deep stories, all from the same pack just generations further down. Queen Banana, lol was my most triumphant tale. Venatrix was a extremely interesting one which died of a broken heart after also living to be a elder.
My most bitter-sweet or tragic tale was that of "Ash" who was basically Banana's granddaughter or great granddaughter??
But yeeesh. That had been a sad, tense life story which.... still ended happily. Until it didn't. But her kids had made it. So, that counts I guess. Lol
