- In this video I have shown making of Tomato thokku using home grown tomatoes.
Ingredients for 1 kg tomato thokku
Tomato 1kg
Gingeli oil 250mls
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/4 tbs
Tamarind small piece
Hing powder 1/4 tbs
Salt to taste
Sugar/ palm sugar 1/2 tbs

Really I couldn’t control very beginning itself to write comment. பூக்களைப் பார்த்து தான் மனம் மகிழும் என்பது கிடையாது. தக்காளிப் பழங்கள் செடியில் பழுத்தி௫ந்த அழகு, அதைப்பறித்த அழகு ... அதை சமைத்த விதம், இசை அழகு....அப்பப்பா அனைத்தும் அழகு. புன்னகைத்துக் கொண்டே பார்த்தேன். உங்களது தோட்டத்தைப் பார்த்து நானும் ஒ௫ சில செடிகள் வைத்தி௫க்கிறேன். These are blessings of God. மீண்டும் பார்க்கத்தூண்டுகிறது. 👏👍🏻👌🍅🥒
