  • Hello everyone! 🇬🇧
Today we will be sharing one of our weekend trips! It's my birthday so we decided to have a little holiday close by, in of our favourite destinations: LONDON!
We will be visiting some of our favourites in this city, as well some new spots and activities.
First, we depart from our local airport in Berlin, towards London: it's less than two hours.
On our first day there we visit a local bakery filled with delicious coffee and amazing baked goods! Then we walk towards the Barbican Centre: a performing arts venue as well as an amazing brutalist architecture complex. This place is perfect for photography. We then catch a bite at Borough Market, and in Chinatown. We end the night with a crystal bang (😉) at His Majesty's Theatre in a performance of The Phantom of the Opera.
On our second day we board a bus on (almost) platform 9 3/4, towards the Harry Potter Studio Tour. We spend the day seeing the magical sets as well as props used in the movie. We return late to London for a quick bite in the famous Chinatown.
On our last day, we visit more food spots but also the Design Museum! an amazing (and free) Museum.

The tour i booked included transportation and i recommend booking that, but if you want to go via public transport, this is what the official webpage recommends:
"The Studio Tour’s nearest railway station is Watford Junction and direct services arrive there from both London Euston (20 minute journey) and Birmingham New Street (1 hour journey)." t.ly/cGeTO
