The spider went inside his esophagus and layed eggs in there then the baby spiders hatched out of the eggs and bit him but Lisa and Bart gave Homer CPR and then he threw up baby spiders and then he was so paranoid that he can't see straight, gets clumsy and he talks way too fast... Not 1 but 4 of those large brown Hobo spiders - no they wont kill you but they are the largest spider in the area - all fell on me - I never hit myself so fucking hard in my life - luckily they all went on my chest and I literally punched them out of the way - bruising my chest but god damn.....fuck even the sound they make when they fall on him - - - NOPE / NEVER AGAIN! Shit I shit you not - after it happened I screamed "IT HAPPENED OH FUCK" in reference to this scene.
