    Than you for posting this video. My fridge was on and off, on for three seconds then off again. After I watched this video I was able to repair it for $22 bucks and about as easy as changing a lightbulb

    How do you know the capacitor isn't bad?

    While my relay is working it is making a buzzing noise during startup for about ten seconds (sounds like the water solenoid but it is not). Would you advise against replacing the relay/cap with a Supco hard start so i don't need to order the OEM relay?

    My compressor is on working but top fridge won’t cool is it still the start relay?

      If its like our fridge there is a damper that opens and closes to let fan forced air into fridge section from the freezer section. I think the issue with my damper was also related to the compressor overload or start relay. Symptoms were the overload tripping when the fridge door opened as it closes the damper at that time.
